Queen size room is small if you need a crib in the room, but we were offered an upgrade for a reasonable price.

Second time staying at this hotel, which I can strongly recommend! The breakfast is outstanding, staff is friendly and rooms are very cosy.

A fantastic hotel. I chose this hotel as the rooms looked a little more interesting than other nearby hotels - and the price was comparable to other places. We weren't disappointed - we had two rooms that were both fantastic. We travelled the length of Finland in our one week trip and had some great breakfasts but this was the best! Having read reviews about the car park (spaces being very small) I was expecting some difficulty in parking - we had no problem at all, the car park was fairly compact but there was space available and it was easy to park our estate car. The reason for the 10/10 review was that on top of excellent rooms and a brilliant breakfast, the staff were truly superb! Nothing was too much trouble. Shortly after we had checked out we asked if we could use the reception area and possibly buy a coffee whilst we planned the next stage of our road trip - 'yes, of course', was the response and the coffee was on the house! Lovely place and lovely people.

The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes walk from the train station. There is also a tram stop a minute away from the hotel. The hotel is quite expensive, but that is to be expected in Finland.

The glass bathroom door does not offer much privacy.

This hotel has a great location next to a nice park and very close to the city centre, train station, Moomin museum, Tampere-talo, Nokia Arena etc. Buses and tram very close. The breakfast is worth mentioning, everything is carefully prepared with local ingredients. The staff is very friendly, service at breakfast was excellent and they are also very attentive towards children of all ages. The room was comfortable and very clean. Nice toiletries. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Service was a bit slow in the restaurant in the evening but I came to learn that it’s somewhat common overall in Finland.

Wonderful decor and standards, breakfast buffet is excellent with many gluten free options. All of the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and made our stay even more pleasant.

I was on the 2nd floor on an inside looking room and it didn't feel too private when curtains were open.

Very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful staff. Great breakfirst with amazing choices. Good bar with good Gin Tonics. Room is cosy, functional, and shower is great.
