Few days before arrival the host wrongly wrote they had not received our payment. This was a bit uncomfortable. Lack of space for ski maintenace. Not enough counter space and power plugs in the bedroom. Sauna was really small, fitting just 3 persons at once.

Very well equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher etc. Very good fireplace with enough wood. Generally comfy. Big tall windows and spacious lounge area. Two bathrooms. Washing machine, drying cabinet. Fair host (we broke a shelf of refridgerator, but were forgiven :) Good quality beds.

Double bed upstairs in our property is super creaky which made for a poor nights sleep and the bathroom is small with few mirrors and areas to put your toiletries, we were only 4 people, 6 would have been a squeeze.

Lovely quiet location, we had a car so was perfect but maybe if you didn’t have a car, it might feel a bit far from the centre. It was super warm, great kitchen, sauna, drying cupboard and very comfortable.

The cottage is lovely, cosy and amidst woods just outside Levi. By car it takes seven minutes to downtown. There were all amenities, dishwasher, washing machine, pots and pans etc. The downstairs was large with an eating area and a very large sofa. There is a flatscreen TV and a fireplace that was really needed in -26 C weather. We parked the car right outside our door which was also great. We arrived Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning the power went out in some of the rooms. We called maintenance and the person arrived ten minutes later. We were just speechless. The problem was fixed and we had an absolutely pleasant stay. There is also a sauna which served its purpose well. Also, Alex from Levi Holidays was very helpful and responsive to answer all our questions.

Soundproofing is very poor. Could hear entire conversations from next door. We were lucky to have considerate neighbours up until our last night.

Lamps in bedrooms were broken, we had to make our own beds despite paying 100 euros for bedding and the neighbours at the time of our stay were very noisy but this is just pot luck.

The location was beautful. The children loved playing in the snowy forest, the cabin was always warm and cosy.

Nice and peaceful away from the main town. Exactly what we wanted. Property was clean and comfortable, and we were able to check in earlier, which was good because we arrived around 1pm. The location was great for us as we had a car which, there is a bus stop nearby for those who haven't got a car.

A little drive to the lifts. Only a few minutes to the closest one, but the kids ski area is a bit further away.

Location is very good for a family holiday! Nice and quiet area. Very spacious and well equipped cabin. big bedrooms, and a big kithen/livingroom. we especially enjoyed the modern sauna and bathroom with bathtub.

There was a mixup with the rooms as we had been promised a cabin with 3 rooms where one of the rooms had a double bed and the rest had single beds. When we arrived two of the rooms had double beds. It was a small mistake and the staff were very apologetic. It worked out fine in the end and we were compensated for the inconvenience. The kitchen had everything we needed and it all worked well. The only thing we could nit-pick on was that the stovetop wasn't very effective so cooking lot's of food in one go took some time.

Great cabin, looks and feels very nice. Relaxing place to be with all the facilities we needed before and after going out skiing. We managed to squeeze 4 people in the sauna, although 3 at the time was enough 😅. The bedrooms were spacious enough to accomodate 6 people. The master-bedroom upstairs was especially nice with it's own veranda and lots of space. We walked to the lifts at the golf resort. It was a 10-15 minute walk with alpine boots and the skis on the shoulders. You could also easily use the skis to make the trip go faster, but expect to do some skating. We also saw tracks for cross-country skiing right beside where we stayed.

However, there were multiple things that could have been better: * lockbox was pretty stubborn and refused to give up key even with correct code. * the washing machine was old and we were advised not to use it. Kitchen in general could do with an upgrade (outdated and fume hood was half-functional). * majority of houses are to be rented for 2 parties, but the sound isolation was not great - luckily worst we heard was TV on other side. *I find it unpleasant that for a place/town where people often fly in, you have bring your own bedsheets&towels - or pay extra (25 eur per person). The quality of laundry provided was ok, nothing amazing. *only one small trash bin in kitchen (none in the bathrooms!) available.

This was a nice place to stay, with plenty of pluses - sauna was nice and easy to operate, as was the fireplace. Beds were comfortable and you could regulate the heat. In general neighbourhood was quiet. The distance to ski lifts could be better, but is easily manageable if you have a car. Drying cupboard was available too. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Unlike often seen in other Finnish cabins, no clean up before leaving was requested to be done.

Noisy neighbours next door playing music at 4am in the morning. Other than that our stay was absolutely perfect. Loved everything about the cabin, clean, spacious, sauna , loads of rooms. Spacious kitchen and a perfect location for sledging. Kids absolutely had a ball on the hill next to our cabin.

No welcome basket, only a box of salt n coffee filters in the kitchen and toiletries consist of only handsoap and no doors in showers which means floor gets terribly wet
