The TV in the room didn't have Wifi or connect to the internet. They need to either run a wired cable to the TV or change the TV to a TV that can connect to the internet.

It was difficult to find initially, and getting in was complicated. However, the staff were on the other end of the phone, and with the help of a lovely passer-by, we finally got in but never actually had a key and used our mobile to unlock the doors each time.

The size, layout and location of the apartment were very good. It was well equipped with several supermarkets and the metrovery close by.

We were a bit confused that the air conditioning couldn’t be switched off or at least we didn’t find any instructions on how to do it or if it’s even possible. Since we visited Helsinki in winter time, we would have preferred the air conditioning to be turned off.

The apartment was perfectly clean and it had everything you need for a comfortable stay, starting from towels and toilet paper as well as salt and pepper for cooking. We enjoyed the heated bathroom floor and the silence in the whole house in general. You can’t hear any neighbours or street noise. The WiFi was easily accessible.

It's one rental apartment in a regular apartment building, which actually was originally office space but converted later. From the outside, it barely looks like an apartment complex and definitely not like a hotel, especially with the closed restaurant on the first floor. So we were a bit apprehensive upon arrival ("is that really the address??"), but it turned out just fine. Itakeskus where the appartment is located is supposed to be one of the "less secure" areas of the city, as a lot of migrants and refugees live in the area; there's also an addiction rehabilitation center right next door where people come get clean needles, etc. Both of those things are definitely noticeable, but at no point in our stay did that translate into nuisance or threat. There's more kebab shops in the area than others, which is kinda nice as they're cheap and yummy; you do cross paths with some "alternative" types, but they seem nice enough and never bothered us in any way. This actually felt safer overall than my hometown in France (which itself isn't particularly bad for the country). If we're looking for things that could be better, the appartment doesn't have a sauna either individual or shared. I would recommend going to a public one, like on the island of Lonna. It's the hip thing to do these days anyway!

This large, very comfortable, well equipped apartment is unbelievable value for money compared to everything else we saw in Helsinki. It was definitely the best choice for us. It's nice and clean with all the equipment you could need for a few days' stay, including in the kitchen (with the sole exception of a cutting board which the owner apparently forgot to provide). It has a good oven, dishwasher, and washing machine complete with detergents. The location is quite convenient for groceries as it's right next to a huge, 24h supermarket and not far from a metro station which will take you to the center of Helsinki in 20 minutes or so. The view from the large windows is exceptional, as this is one of the rare tall buildings in the city and the apartment is on the 14th floor. The appartment is well isolated both for heat and sound, so very calm as you can't really hear the neighbors. Self-check in system is convenient and avoids any timing issues on key exchange. Beware that you do need an active internet connection on your phone when you arrive to be able to open the door!

Great view from large windows, no sunshades, too hot inside, after complaining in vain for 2 days a noisy portable air-conditioner was installed . All this with an outside temperature of only 15 degrees.

1. It was stuffy in the room when we checked in (sunny side and only 1 window is openable), but the air conditioner has partly solved the issue. It's movable but should stay near the window to let the hot air out, so it becomes cold quite soon near the adjacent beds, but it remains relatively warm in the other room. I don't know how the issue can be properly solved :( 2. The water taps. If I got everything correctly, they are not fixable in the "hot water" position and always revert back to the middle (probably to save the hot water). So, basically, if you want to wash something under hot water, you need to hold the tap in the hot water position with one hand and wash it with the other. I should have done something wrong, but if it is intended to work that way I don't get the problem it solves

The automated check-in is very convenient. The apartment location (metro and bus stop nearby; Itis is within a couple of minutes walking distance; forest with paths nearby) and the panoramic windows view are great :)

Parking is a bit of a challenge. There is plenty of space around the apartment but it is all time restricted. In the end we parked on the other side of the forest in the residential area there.

The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. The metro station is a short distance away and very convenient.

the pictures show appartements with a view above building level that’s why I choose for this unfortunately we were placed in an appartement looking to the walls of the shopping centre so no view at all, quite disappointing! a whole list is send to you on do’s and don’ts, especially how it should be left, gives the feeling that they do not want to clean anything more than linnen after departure. so the cleanliness was not to my standard. parking your car is not easy

the location to the metrostation into Helsinki city centre is great. it’s quite spacious. great to have a washing machine.
