Location is great and breakfast was very good and it was quiet and peaceful. Facilities were a bit worn out and old fashioned so to speak, but in a way that was part of the charm and it was not a surprise for us. Everything was clean and tidy though.

A pile of cigarette butts just over the balcony (probably from the most recent hotel guest) that could have been swept up. A small refrigerator in the room would have been great. The door to the room was difficult to unlock. The elevator was .... interesting.

Very nice people in Reception and the restaurant. Lovely old building, neatly kept. A nice balcony to sit and talk on.

The rooms were dusty and one could easily hear other people walking in the corridor outside one's door. The breakfast was little bit too basic.

The hotel staff were very nice and kind people. Hotel's location was also quite good. Air condition worked nicely and made it possible to sleep during the summer heatwave.

Worn-out exterior, the lift was not in great shape.

Excellent location, beach and restaurants nearby. Excellent air-conditioning, good shower and beds were comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast OK. We could come back.

The hotel is in desperate need of updating/renovation. At the time of our stay (october), the reception was available only on weekdays 8-16. There wasn’t any lobbybar or restaurant and the minibar in the room was both empty and warm.

The location is excellent! The room (mini suite) was very spaceous and affordable although it didn’t meet a suites standards. The parking lot was right outside the door, but on the other hand there wasn’t that many visitors at the same time with us.

We could only open one window as the rest of them were boarded, which is not very good in the summer. There was a bathtub instead of a stand-in shower, Going into the bathtub felt dangerous and I had to assist my wife in and out of the bathtub before and after her shower.

The room was very worn out and incredibly cold. It also smelled like there might be some mold/water damage in the bathroom. I ended up having to turn up the heat in the evening, even when it was in the middle of summer. I wasn't expecting a luxury hotel but the stay did not match the money paid.

The hotel does meet your standard needs and the breakfast was tasty. Also a nice bonus to be able to sit outside to enjoy your breakfast during the summer.

Great location! Right next to a beach and several good restaurants. Air conditioning in the hotelroom was nice in the middle of a heatwave. For people travelling with kids: the beach is suitable also for smaller kids and there is a big playground in between the hotel and the beach.

Altogether the hotel is very outdated. In case one is looking for a nice hotel during a family vacation, I’d say this is not it. This is a place where you have basic hotel room without any luxury and very basic hotel breakfast.

There were no safety chain in the room door. I would have liked to have one, as I was travelling alone.

The hotel was very clean, and the room I was provided was really quiet. I checked in late and left early, and got just what I was looking for - a good night's sleep in quiet room and comfortable bed. Due to the early check out I asked in advance to get the breakfast with me. The hotel provided me with a good vegan breakfast, as I had wished for.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We needed to leave 2 bags at the hotel a day prior to checking in. This was no problem at all and happily accommodated. Great location at the edge of the old town and near to the harbour.
