We booked the room for 2 adults, but the bed was very small (max 120cm, if even that). So the sleeping was a bit uncomfortable as we had to share the small bed with my friend. The walls were also paper thin, so you could hear everything from the streeets and other apartments - fortunately we had ear plugs with us…

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was located in the centre of Tampere.

Shower would overflow water if I didn’t run the water very low, but the hostess did warn me about it, so it wasn’t a surprise and nothing I couldn’t accommodate. Having come here from the US, I wish the pictures on the wall would have been Finnish, not a collection of photos of New York City. Again, not really an issue.

Great location, very peaceful and clean apartment. Nice to have a good kitcenette too.

Apartment was located in the heart of Tampere Downtown, disturbing noises over the night as it was weekend and warm summer day. The lift wasn't working, had to take stairs with tired kids and pram. Radiator was hot, couldn't be turned down.

In side the apartment facilities were as promised. Parking was available at cost but quite close to the apartment. Apartment is well located in heart of Tampere with services close by. The renter's were easy available and friendly.

Not so much something I didn't like as much as something that detracts for me as a mom traveling alone with a baby and a small child. Remember it is an apartment, NOT a hotel. Meaning any trash you have, you must take out to a garbage area across a locked courtyard (= one small child watches a baby while you take trash out) and you must clean after yourself (again - a bit cumbersome with two small, active children). But this is really specific, wouldn't have bothered at all if the kids were a bit older as I'm a bit of a clean freak myself.

Lovely owner/operator and staff. Clear, warm, and kind communication before and throughout stay. Very helpful staff on arrival. Some confusion about our original booking but it was cleared up quickly and kindly. Really nice and helpful people and the flat was so centrally located with a very nice view out of the front room window. My kids loved the flat. The neat and clean bedroom with two twin beds and bright accents was very exciting for them. Loads of sleeping space. There were just three of us and I was the only adult - one could fit many more people there comfortably. Very spacious, neat, tidy, and equipped with essentials. Just remember your own hygiene items and hair dryer (oops!).

The staff threatened for sanctions on obscure reasons such as rubbish left in the bin or leaving any dirty dishes. They asked for credit card details when booking in even though the stay was payed through booking.com. Overall the staff felt unpleasant to us.

-Check in personnel very cold and reluctant to provide information about location of the apartment (I had to pray to be led to it). -The place looks like a detention center from early 70’s. -Poor design, you feel zero comfort. -Bugs in the bed. -Prepare yourself in case of baggages you have to carry them, no facilities to help (stair also).

everything was really confusing and receptionist wasn’t really helpful. When asking questions lady wasn’t nice at all. I could clearly feel that she wanted to finish conversation ASAP and I felt that she cared more about me taking rubbish next day than about me finding proper key and later flat
