Very comfy functional apartment. It had everything an apartment would need - laundry, couch etc. Also it is close to a bus stop and close to the harbour which is very beautiful and has places for coffee and food.

The wifi was very spotty and at one time had to be restarted but everything else was great and Timo was very helpful and communicative.

The view and balcony were spectacular! What a great location. On one hand we had a hard time getting to the apartment because of the Suomipop Festival but on the other hand we got a brilliant view of the main stage from the balcony.

The beds are a little too soft to my liking. But that is just me. The curtains could also be thicker as it is summer time now, it does not get dark in Jyvaskyla. It may be a little hard to sleep if the light bothers you.

Great location just next to the harbour. Close to the places I was visiting. It has all the basic things you need. Kitchen and washing machine are bonus. The building is very quiet. Great place to stay.

Weird parking system - you must unload in less than 10 minutes, and then drive quite far away to park the car (more than 1km).

Stylish, modern, fully equipped apartment. Kind and friendly owner, accepted us with our old doggo 🐕 Kitchen was stuffed with all possible equipment you could think of - so we actually cooked our own dinner instead of going to eat out 😁 Elevator is a great bonus if you have heavy bags to carry. 🛗

We had to vacuum the apartment ourselves.

The apartment is spatious, comfortable, perfect for two people. It's near the bus and train station and the city center. Comunication with the host was good, we got all the information we needed.

The room was comfortable and enough for me as a single person. The TV inside the room is also a bonus entertainment for myself, enough channels to choose. Kitchen was amazing as well, functional and included everything.

Clean, simple. If by a chance you need to stay longer, it has everything - a complete kitchen, laudary machine, TV, etc. The location is superb, it cannot be better in Jyväskylä. Just cross the street and you'll be at the harbour. A good and large supermarket is very near. If you want to be active, this is a place to be, as well. I didn't really meet the land owner, but they were available on whatsapp instantly, and helpful. So, it was a really good experience to me.

There is nothing I can critisize because for me there was nothing that can be improved, as I had a wonderful time with lots of snow during my stay in December in Jyväskylä.

The location was perfect. I could walk to the city centre whenever I wanted to stroll around or buy souvenirs and postcards. I stayed at the harbour apartments, thus I myself was responsible for my breakfast, lunch and dinner. I loved to have cereals or Finnish cinnamon buns called korvapuustit for breakfast. And I once tried viinerit, a Danish sweet delicacy for breakfast. It was great.

Wonderful apartment in nice area. The owner company sent over detailed pictures and information how to reach and enter the property. Responded immediately to a question I had. Highly recommended place. You have to clean up yourself after your stay

The host starts with sending a threatening message that you will be fined EUR 500 if you do not complete the list of tasks upon leaving - this includes cleaning the apartment yourself, vacuuming, wiping the counters, trash, stripping the sheets; I have never had this before! The Apartment was fine, albeit worn condition, stains on the couch and beaten up furniture. Generally, the apartment itself was fine, I really thought the hosts approach was terrible though, having stayed at other apartments in FI, this one also lacked amenities like toiletries.

The check-in was the worst ever. Both the back door code and the keybox code were wrong and the link to the phone did not work, and when I finally could reach the office, they knew what was wrong, and we got the correct codes in phone, but they did not send the correct codes automatically as they should have done.
