The warning that if you locked yourself out of your room, that there was a substantial fee charged to call security to open up your room. But as I was always careful with my key, it wasn't a problem for me.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast offering very good and homely. Heated towel rail makes for quick overnight drying of anything you chose to hand-wash.

The room was clean and spacious. There was even a full kitchen in the room. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was also okay. For the price we paid it was a very good experience. Would definitely recommend and also visit again ourselves.

The included breakfast was a great way to start off our mornings every day, it was delicious and had enough variation in food to where it never got stale. The saunas and observation deck on the same floor were also excellent, both in the quality of the sauna and the view from the deck.

Nothing I didn't like, everything was good.

Simple interior, nothing fancy, but bright rooms, very clean, close to lakes and the city centre. Very nice to have a kitchen area as well. Breakfast simple but fresh and tasty. In the evenings it's quiet and beds are comfy. Honestly, what more do you need?

I would like to have more signs during the way in the tunnel (it is easy to get lost). Maybe a higher border in a shower

They insist on checking the data of your payment card upon arrival, even if you have already paid online. That's really suspicious and quite unusual practice in Finland.

It's a decent place for a 1-2 nights stay.

Breakfast was meh, and I found some things that were not supposed to be there (eggshells, hair). Breakfast staff is not very joyful and some mornings even aggressive..(pushing the chairs under the table with such a force) i mean for a tourist, it definitely will set a tone. Cleaning once a week is not ideal for staying 7 days.. but survivable. There are a lot of unnecessary doors and locks for the whole building. You can definitely hear the guests and cleaners 24/7, yes, even when it's quiet hours.

The apartments were nice and were equipped with all the necessary needs.. Location is perfect - not too far, not too close. Also has some cool views. Maybe you will even spot Helsinki very own Eiffel Tower. Pocket friendly.

Well...the idea of checking in at late night when seems that its a ghost hotel where no one can be seen is little wierd!!...but its went ok although the key went me crazy at the fisrt because it can be tricky using it properly!!...anything beyond this was great!!...

* very noisy place. I can accept the street noise but NOT guests! Some people shouldn't leave their homes. Beat the drums or play the guitar about midnight! I didn't sleep well during my stay. * The reception is open until 22:00 so you can't report the noise etc. to them * 4 nights stay and no housekeeping service at all
