Had to pay extra for parking, gym & towel for the pool. Were told that despite paying £20 for 48hrs of parking to 2:30pm, we had to leave the carpark by 12noon! Breakfast was awful, didn't bother 2nd day & ate elsewhere. Room was small & bed was so uncomfortable that we requested a move, which they did & it was much improved.

Felt the room was dated, clean but just felt slightly old. Shower wasn't overly powerful.

Pool was great, larger pool colder than expected but all round perfect for our son. Loved the bowling alley, reasonable price. Breakfast was nice with a good choice and staff were attentive.

There is the usual environmental sign about towels in the bathroom, I left mine on the towel rail to dry but they still changed for new, totally unnecessary in this age of environmental awareness, especially in such a large hotel if this happens in every room. I did comment on this to the reception staff.

The breakfast choice was extremely good and there was an option to order your choice of freshly cooked eggs. The rooms were clean & bed comfy. There was evening entertainment should you wish to stay in the hotel. The Fire & Ice Spa was lovely for relaxing and the inside pool looked great, although I didn’t use it.

Hard to park near the hotel.

Torquay was beautiful and the hotel was near the beach. Breakfast was good and clean dinning room. Bed room and the cleanliness was good. Liked the tea tray as the kettle worked well.

The restaurant was not great , staff were rude and did not give us any of the proper information regarding dinner. We didn’t get told it was self service help yourself so we were sat at table for ages ,the food as very dry and not good for the money you pay , wouldn’t eat in the restaurant again.

We loved the pool and the entertainment was amazing, the only thing I would change about the pool is that the jucuzzi should have time limits people spend in there so everyone gets the chance to go in there.

Breakfast wasnt very good and I felt like £200 for 2 nights was too expensive and when I looked closer to the time the same booking was £140 which felt a bit unfair, the entertainment felt quite anticlimactic and the arcade wasn't great and a bit cramped also the TV in our room wasn't great it kept glitching and most channels would come up but not work

The hotel definitely needs a good update. The rooms are small and you can hear every single noise. The night before we were due to come home someone had managed to enter our room remove the whole bed, but nothing else had been touched. Reported it to the reception but they didn’t seem bothered.

We stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed it. Lots of things to do in the hotel. Staff are so friendly.
