Room was on the small side which is expected for London. Chair under the table could be removed since there is no room to sit on the chair. No fridge in room.

Hotel is very close to underground station. Good value for money breakfast (not included in room rate) with unlimited breakfast items for order.

The shower was tiny and difficult to use. The room generally was ok for a couple who were travelling light for a brief overnight stay, and would have been fine for a sole traveller for short stay, but would not have been very comfortable for a couple staying for more than a short time or with much luggage.

Close to Earls Court station but tucked away on a quiet street. Plenty of places to eat/drink nearby. 20 minute walk from Stamford Bridge. Room was compact but clean and reasonably well-equipped

Room was on the small side but adequate.. Executive double was small and probably not worth paying more for what must be a small upgrade, as I don't think a regular double room could be much smaller.

Modern, clean and just round the corner from Earls Court tube station. Would definitely visit again. Staying at a nice great value hotel slightly out of the centre is definitely worth it rather than being in the thick of it - an Uber to Piccadilly circus was only £20 or the tube under £10 for 2.

The room even though it was nice I feel like it was a bit small for 2 persons travelling. We were a bit crammed. We wanted to watch Netflix on the TV with our account and that want an option. Even though the room was cleaned when we asked, the bed wasn't made and we had to make it from scratch because the sheets were not secured enough to the bed.

The room was as pictured which was great. The location was amazing as it was VERY close to an underground station. Breakfast was very good as well.

Our room didn’t actually have a window, and when paying a fair amount for a small room, you would expect to at least have a window of some form. There was also lots of noise throughout the night, which probably wasn’t at fault of the hotels, and a smoke alarm that kept flashing brightly throughout the night.

The property was in a great location, super picturesque and the receptionists were so lovely and helpful throughout. The bed was also really comfy.

    Good size tea mugs please!!

From the moment i walked in after a 2 min walk off Earls Court tube i relaxed. The greeting at reception was very welcoming and friendly. There is a nice lounge area in front of a fireplace to sit and chill out, re charge phone which i did on my departure day as i was able to leave my rucksack there for the day whilst i went out. My single room was quite compact but very modern, chic, very clean. The bathroom , the same, quite compact modern with quality fittings and"Rituals" toiletries. I didnt have any real problems with the shower being slim but i do remember the doors being a bit awkward. There was a long mirror, hangers, hairdryer, desk and chair. the bed was comfy. I also had a terrace from my room facing out to the front road. I had breakfast included in my price and it was ok, not the best i've had but adequate . I had the cooked breakfast, and i suspect that it wasn't all cooked to order. Continental also available. I had a great price at this hotel and felt it was excellent value for the location, quality of the staff and service and the luxurious feel of the interior design.

The space to get into the shower was very tight and we struggled a little bit even being skinny. We think that could be a problem with people with bigger bodies and can trouble a little bit of inconvenience. But we've talked about it with the staff and they told us that they have bigger rooms with more space in case somebody need it!

It was very centric and the accomodation had everything you could possibly need. The staff were very kind and always greeted us with a smile and the room was tidy and very homey.

After requesting not to be, we were put in a room on the LG level. It smelled of damp. Staffs questioning, while pleasant, could seem like an interrogation. There was no signage or information available advising that if you didnt book for breakfast the previous day, there was a £5 increase in cost.

Convenient to the tube. The hotel was clean. Staff were accommodating and pleasant in their manner.

On the cons side, there isn't much: we were missing slippers and bathrobes, which are often found in facilities of this class. We are aware that London hotel prices are quite expensive, but it also seems to be a little overpriced, as breakfast varies between 15-20 GBP per person. My advice: hop on the subway, go to "26 Grains" on Neal's Yard (Covent Garden), and get a perfect breakfast for 8.75 GBP. However, in the frequently changing market of prices, we prefer good quality for the high price instead of the poor quality of the cheaper options, so definitely recommend Mornington Hotel.

First of all, the location is perfect. A few minutes' walk from the Piccadilly and District Line subway. Second best: the hotel looks cozy and warm. Beautiful building entrance fitted with very nice interior design. We have got an Executive Suite, and it was perfect for our couple. The staff is very professional and wonderfully helpful.

Our room was not clean, with visible dirt all over the floor. Unfortunately, it was too late for us to complain when we checked in as we were exhausted, we went straight to bed. When I let the front desk know in the morning that our room needed to be cleaned, they said they would. The next day, again, we got to our room late, and it had not been vacuumed. I called the front desk to complain, ask them to clean it the next day, give a note to housekeeping, etc, they said they would. The next morning I again asked the front desk to clean our room and vacuum the visible dirt. The front desk was rude and unprofessional to me about cleaning my room. I was frankly stunned to have a simple request met with this response. After a litany of excuses as to why our room wasn’t cleaned, he proceeded to mansplain the standard of London hotels, including that “no hotels in London are vacuumed!” I replied that I was simply asking for our room to be cleaned and vacuumed. Again, he repeated a long list of excuses. He did not listen to me nor did he offer even the flimsiest of apologies. But! Our room did get cleaned and vacuumed that day…. so?

Top-notch breakfast, probably the best I have had at any hotel. Half the menu was made to order, half buffet. Plenty of delicious options for my breakfast-loving family- eggs, bacon, hash browns fresh fruit, toast, pastries, yogurt, espresso, etc. Well worth the price. The breakfast staff was very friendly and one server even remembered my son’s order from the previous day! Great location on a quiet street but is close to a cute neighborhood and a two-minute walk to the tube. Perfect.

The narrow shower had double doors that opened inwards, which made getting in it quite awkward. They should open outwards or have a sliding door!

We had to stay in the area for work and wanted something good value and comfortable. This hotel was very welcoming, had lovely décor and very friendly and helpful staff. We booked the smallest room which is very small, you can only just get around the bed but it was absolutely fine for a night when we just needed to sleep. Bed was comfortable and it's in a great location, a coupe of minutes walk from Earl's Court tube. We will very likely stay again.

The room was modern and comfortable - except very very small for two people - and the bathroom zink was located just below the mirrorcabinet - thus we had to move our heads in under the cabinet to brush teeth, not practical at all. we asked and paid for an upgrade where we could actually move around - and could move the day after. That room was perfect:-)

The breakfast is amazing - and very fairly priced. The rooms was modern and comfortable - loved the carpeting. the location perfect - just beside Earls court tube, and M&S supermarket. Will stay here again.
