We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We loved the double aspect room overlooking Bodmin Moor- even though it was foggy when we arrived. Nice patio door to outside table. Lovely large bed.

United KingdomThe bed or mattress, woz very uncomfortable. The pillows were either 2 flat, or 2 hard!!! My Fiance found it all comfortable, but I didn't? Apart from that, the room woz perfect!!!

United KingdomThe bathroom lacked shelf space and having to keep shower products on the floor in the shower tray is tricky. There's got to be a better way!
I liked the hotel overall and the combination of old and modern works well. The best about The Jamaica Inn however are the staff. Without exception they were efficient, polite, professional and kind. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even at busy time.
