The cleanliness, the facilities offered, the humble staff and the location were all superb. I would definitely recommend staying there in case anyone visits Edinburgh.

Parking was expensive at £25 a night. Very squeaky and noisy floor boards. Sink in the bathroom to low.

The cleaning staff was in a great hurry everyday. We had to tell her to clear this and that. However, still cleaning wasn’t up to the standards.

Everything was fantastic in our three bedroom apartment. All the amenities were superb. Location was amazing with close by Halal & Pakistani restaurants.

The floor boards were very squeaky throughout the apartment, but not sure there’s a lot you can do about that. The bathroom, although clean was a bit tired with the bath panel coming away and the Lino used around the sink area was coming away and looked a bit cheap compared to the rest of the apartment.

The location. The friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. The well equipped kitchen with lovely touches of milk in the fridge, kitchen towel, washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets and good quality tea and coffee. It also smelled lovely! The sitting room area was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean with good quality toiletries. The bedroom was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and we liked the use of the robes and slippers.

I couldn't work the heating but I should have asked! So this is my own fault.

The location was excellent. Ten minutes walking to princes street and grass market...if not closer without a pram. It was quiet (though we could here people coming and going from side entrance this was few) the space was great for us as we could put baby to bed and still sit up, unlike staying at a hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming on arrival. With tea, coffee and milk all already at apartment.

The kitchen/dining area was too small. The microwave oven when in use tripped and the shower in the big bathroom didn’t work properly - it kept running hot then cold.

If i absolutely had to pick something, it would be the noisy kitchen fan and the lino in the bathroom could do with replacing but thats only if i am being pedantic

The sofa bed was a tad uncomfortable.

The apartment was well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, selection of teas & coffees in kitchen & lovely shower gels & shampoos in bathroom. The towels were changed everyday. The apartment was spotlessly clean. It is ideally located for the castle & sightseeing bus stops just down the road. We will definitely return!

Fantastic apartment. Top notch kitchen equipment. Very clean and comfortable. I especially loved the hotel-like service in a full apartment setting. The 24 hour availability of the high end barista machine machine was an added bonus. Location is safe and secure with 24 hours staff. About 5 minute walk to the castle. 1 minute to Sainsbury groceries.

Low level traffic noise from outside

Great location. Comfy beds. Good size rooms. Fully equipped kitchen and high quality toiletries. Friendly and helpful staff. Even the addition of a free coffee machine and umbrellas to use were lovely added touches.
