    “A comfortable hotel with excellent facilities close to the city centre, easy to park behind the hotel. Nice and quiet at night which in my book is very important. The reception staff were very helpful and a credit to the hotel.”

    “The hotel is really lovely!The location was close to King John's castle, a nice relaxed walking distance of about 15 minutes or so and next to plenty of pubs and bars. They actually have their own bar next door which was really convenient as we had drinks on both nights that we stayed and enjoyed the live music.Breakfast was amazing and the service was excellent. All the employees at the front desk were efficient, helpful and friendly. I must mention that we arrived a bit earlier and while we had a coffee until the room was ready, they had carried our luggage in our room. Comfy beds and clean room as well as all the public spaces.”

Morning desk young woman, who confirmed our room was 116 not 115, tried to amend for young woman night clerk's greevious error by offering us a free breakfast.”
