Internet in the junior suite was barely existent and was not fixed when reported, gym was opened only 9 am to 9 pm

Great atmosphere, all inclusive package was very impressive- non stop food, snacks and drinks. Highlight were the staff, they are always willing to go above and beyond.

Absolutely nothing...

I and my husband loved everything. From the minute we arrived at the reception, the staff were excellent. So many guests arriving at the same time, but they kept their smile and handled the check in with efficiency. Cleaning staff everywhere, making sure the hotel is clean. Housekeeping staff excellent. Language was not a barrier, as those who don't understand English try to communicate in other ways or get a colleague who does. The foooood.. dining in 3 areas of the hotel. So you had a choice of where to eat. A big applause to the Head Chef and all his staff, they were absolutely exceptional. I am African, and sometimes it's difficult to eat outside, but we found ourselves enjoying the food as it was very varied. The pool area was lovely, the gardens well tended. The bars kept the drinks and water flowing.. For such crowd of guests, it was absolutely amazing stay. Oh! not forgetting, the carers for the children club, marvellous. Kept the children busy while the parents relax. Finally, the evening activities were relaxing and entertaining. Iberostar Bellevue, we shall be back! Please keep the standard

In particular everything ok.Only the ch3ckin and checkout hours.For example the check-in must be little bit earlier and check out little bit later.At least 1 hour each one.

The best think at the food was serving more than in the past, beef products.In the past there were not at all from beef.But this time we enjouyed more from beef meat.

The pillow of the beds was not suitable for us, not comfortable (but this is also individual, I believe it depends) the double room had 2 single beds joined together, maybe it would be more comfortable with only 1 double.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the yard the view , specialy from the terrace restaurants is magic, the beach is a perfect combination between the mountain, the sound of birds, the fresh air of the pine trees and the sea.

Internet service could be better. There shoulkd be a smoking area seperate from where Kids are especially for the night events.

Excellent service and great value for money. Warm and very friendly staff . Everyone wore a pleasant smile and helped when needed . Food was great and there was lots of variety , mealtime was fun and lots of drink. The pool side , beach and sea sidd were breath taking. I would definitely love to return soon.

Beautiful hotel with one of the largest territory. Perfect place for families with kids, play area, paddle courts, green territory. Rooms are with large balcony and on 1st floor you have direct access to outdoor, which is great with kids because there are fences to lock for safety. Food is delicious, yet getting a bit crowded during peak hours in restaurant, but their staff is super fast and helpful - thats very well done to them. Reception is supportive also, thank you Marija😊 Beach is one of the best in Montenegro we have seen, more sandy and perfect for kids. We will definitely come back.

As it was april water was cold amd most of the things not open. The music night was underwhelming . Dinner was just alright. Extra beds were very uncomfortable and couldn't sleep at all as they were making sounds . Food was in different buildings. No kettle in room .

Food always available was perfect. Breakfast and lunch was very good and snacks. Room was big. Bathroom was gorgeous. Bingo was nice. Unlimited drinks. Clean . Indoor pool .

I can't fault anything or anyone. Everything was astonishing. Staff were patient and kind. Everyone did their jobs deligently. Their responses were very prompt when we needed their assistance for anything. The food and ambience is breathtaking.

The exstra bed for my child wasn't comfortable for sleaping, the room was too small and we couldn't go on the terase, because the extra bed was to the window.

The garden, all the treeses araund, birds song, the sea, the beach, restorant's, outside swiming pools... Everythig was so good for relaxing. And the food was soo good and it had too much variets of salads, chees, meats, pastas, fruits, cakes. Espesally was intresting the promosion of Montenegro's food - prsuta, cheeses, olives and the lokal drink rakija made from grape, which was on Saturday night for the diner.

It is real value for the money. The all inclusive really means all inclusive here. You can choose from 3 seafood/fish meals for each meal, which is wonderful. We've been there in the spring and now during the autumn and will return for more. The staff is kind and helpful, they really make this hotel to have a wonderful atmosphere. I would improve the menu and added food for breakfast like: smoked salmon, avocado, chia, vegan desserts etc. And will be great to have water in the room every day. And also will be good to have teapot in the room.

Perfect location close to the amazing beach. Very friendly staff, they have upgraded our room for free. We had nice room in the main building with beautiful view 😍 Staff were really very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our holiday :)

I wish the pools were a bit warmer.

Amazing hotel! The staff is sweet and very caring. All inclusive is great - good food and drinks available all the time! Nice views, great space. Cats😍 we really loved it there and would like to come back soon! Priority building is the best location!
