The building is run down the rooms have to be remodeled, the tile is easy to old and there's caulk that is going black. The hallways are plastered on with many layers of patch ups.

Good location, great staff, but the building needs to be refurbished. The rooms are too cold and there was no heat.

The hotel was a bit old and some floor sections were uneven which made us a bit nervous about the overall structure of the building.

The room was spacious, clean and good, It had the promised view. The breakfast was tasty and the attention at breakfast was really nice. The breakfast area is really nice ans relaxing.

The hotel is a bit old. But has spacious room, comfortable bed . Location is very good. Central. Breakfast is good too. An electric kettle in the room for morning tea will be much appreciated.

Both lamps besides the beds did not work, which made reading in the bed impossible. The hotel was noisy. From the early morning until very late at night, they had a TV switched on in the inner courtyard. Nobody was watching the program on this TV. The noise was disturbing in all rooms with a door to the inner courtyard. In addition, we had a lot of noise from the street in front of the hotel.

The room was large and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The room was clean but the furniture is a little bit old. the bed was really uncomfortable

cheap and good breakfast. we were 3 persons and the booking only contain 2 breakfast, We payed the third one but it was fair enough. the location of the hotel is also really good.

The entrance door to the parking lot is not automatic, it needs to be guarded by an employee at the front desk to open it so you can get in or out.

The property is at Toluca’s downtown, so you can easily move around the city and find restaurants and other services.

We did not feel comfortable in the hotel given the state it's at. Despite just few guest being there the place was fairly noisy.

The hotel is massive for the area, run down a bit a ready for a remodelling. If you don't mind that, it's actually a decent value for money combination, especially since a breakfast is included. I can't imagine why someone would want to stay for more than one or two nights, though. A big plus is a private parking garage.

Cosmetic repair is required in the rooms. Residents of other rooms made noise in the hallway and it was clearly audible. The door lock could be more modern. Staff doesn't speak English.

The location of the hotel is good. There is a distant view of the mountains and the city from the window. Free parking is available under the hotel.

They knew the room they were giving us was garbage and when we talked to them about it they seemed completelly content. The parking situation is hillariously disfunctional. I would have loved to have atleast paper thin walls, it was as if the other guests were sleeping in the same bed as we were. The water went out, the power went out

This hotel has met it's better days. The hall carpet where bedrooms are located is dingy looking and looked dirty; ceiling in the bathroom was pealing; sink drain was corroded; we only got 1 bottle water for 2 guests; overall, I think the hotel needs a facelift, even if it means charging slightly more per night.

Its an old hotel, very old with old stuff - towels, blankets, etc.. mushed carpet and carpet stains.... the room was noisy at night, the bed was super stiff and I could never make the TV remote control work
