“The best homestay/ hostel I've ever stayed at! I was planning to stay 1 night, but extended it to 3 and wanted to stay longer. Why? You are completely immersed in a local and beautiful environment, you meet and befriend the most amazing travelers on the daily dinners, and your day can be filled with activities or just relaxing. I cycled to the chocolate factory with a few travelers one day, the next I did the homestay tour, and a couple times just cycled around the area. The tent was not as hot as I expected at night, and I had a great sleep. Lastly, Amy, the owner, is an absolute boss and the most hardworking! Overall a magical experience and a highlight of my Vietnam trip!”
“The location is AMAZING!! Outside of the busy city in a quiet side street with coconut trees all around you. The room we had was huge which a nice outdoor bathroom. Great common areas and multiple hammocks where you can relax. Definitely do the boat tour with the small boat! So so nice drive through beautiful surroundings. Also the food is amazing and we had a very fun karaoke night :)”
“Mr Hong couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Everything was planned for us, a boat tour and a motorbike tour the following day and all meals provided were delicious. Mr Hong and his staff, particularly Ling who took us on both tours are proud of where they live and clearly love showing people their home province of Ben Tre which is beautiful. The rooms are very basic which is to be expected for accommodation of this nature.”
“This was honestly the best accommodation in our whole 5 week Vietnam itinerary. The wide gazebo common areas surrounded by a lush green garden and a river are just fantastic to escape stressful cities. There where hammocks everywhere to relax, free bananas and a great dinner for a really good price. The staff is amazing, they speak good English and help you with everything. It’s also a smaller homestay so that you can actually connect with other guests in the common areas. We stayed in a hut for two persons, which had everything we needed.”
