“The receptionist and staff tried their best to manage the technical problems and explain everything professionally, patiently, and respectfully. Yet, they cannot cover for very bad management of the hotel. I got sick on the third day, and they called for a doctor very quickly, for which I'm very grateful. Generally, the only reason I didn't ask for a full refund on the first day, was the perfect behavior of the lady at reception and her support.
The bedsheets, toilet, bath, fridge were clean, and tv was working. I also had access to a nice balcony. The location to the ski resort was perfect!”

Rooms are spacious and clean, personnel is friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was big and tasty.
The only downside was - 2d floor hallway smelled of cigarets. Even though there are signs everywhere about penalties if someone smokes on premises.
