“Absolutely everything. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful, the room (#4) was absolutely superb - spacious, clean and the four poster bed was very comfortable. Hot breakfast cooked to order which was very good, as was the accompanying continental selection. We arrived early, intending to park and come back to check in later but were offered early check-in on the spot at no extra cost; fantastic customer service. They were also happy for us to leave the car there the next morning after we had checked out whilst we explored Oakham for a couple of hours.

The room was fairly clean, but attention to detail is needed to make it perfect.
There was plenty of tea and coffee making stuff, just a pain that you have to use a glass to fill the kettle as it doesn't fit under the tap in the sink.
Check in process easy. They send a code and your room number. When you get there you just get your key card from the wall safes. Simple and easy. Room was basic but had everything you would need. En suite, tv, tea/coffee facilities and fairly comfy bed with all nice clean linen/towels.
