As a very minor detail, I would have liked more consistent options for breakfast (such as some English breakfast dishes), the one available was not extremely diverse and filling

Everything exceded my expectations, staff was amazing, so were the room and the facilities (gym, pool, etc.). Got served tea upon check-in, which was extremely nice.

Not very convenient bathroom

The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to explore the old town.. The staff are accommodating. There are quite many cafes, restaurants nearby. Some of them have terraces on top floors where you can combine food and amazing views.

The spa environment had some mold on the walls and it was not possible to throw water on the rocks of the Finnish sauna, it would have been nice if that would have been possible to heat it up more.

First of all the location of the hotel is excellent, it is a short walking distance from the historical center with all main sights but yet in a very quiet and peaceful area. The staff is very kind and always happy to help. The bed was very comfortable, we had a room with nice views to the sea. There is also a nice roof top terrace where you can enjoy wonderful views. The breakfast was also good and offered a lot of different options. The spa facilities are open until 00:00, which at a lot of other properties is 22:00 or even earlier. So it was very nice to be able to relax in the spa after a long day of walking.

It has a the perfect location and it wasn’t noisy. The staff is great, service is very good. They were always ready to help. The hotel has good hamam and swimming pool. Also there is a great view from the hotel roof.

We stayed about a week and during all that time we had one and the same dirty duvet cover. Room service was every day it was impossible not to notice. The sauna was broken during all period of time. When I talked to staff they always promised to fix it next day. They did not know I was staying for quite long period of nights. The only one person from personal told me the truth: they knew about the problem but it was to expensive to call electric specialist from the special company which has specific experience in dealing with sauna heating. Own staff was not able to fix the issue and (as I understand) was trying to skip it till the next staff shift or till guests would check out)) but I believe, one day they will fix it! Before that lucky day they will try to ensure that 40°C is the best temperature for sauna)). For the 4* network hotel the breakfast is really poor.

Staff is almost the best. Always tried to help you with everything. Once at night they sold me a bottle of water for 50 TL. (About 10 times! More expensive then regular price in a shop), but maybe it was such a price list. Btw it was a second bottle for the night. Every room has a free bottle of water per day.
