The wifi signal was poor or missing in some areas.

Great services, excellent staff, quality food and drinks, with lots of varieties. Many entertainment activities during the day and nice shows and parties in the evening/night. Highly recommended!

The hotel's reception was disappointing as they refused a late checkout, instructing us to return in the morning. Unfortunately, when morning came, there were no available rooms. During our stay, my daughter fell ill on the second day, requiring a visit to the doctor's office. While the nurses were exceptional and supportive, the doctor's demeanor was far from friendly. It's worth noting that if you see doctor 1, doctor 2 will not evaluate your patient. Despite my request for a re-evaluation of my daughter's condition, the doctor refused, citing her lack of examination on day 1. This interaction was marked by rudeness and an unfriendly attitude. Overall, our stay was marred by a lack of proper medical attention, save for the nurses who were exceptionally supportive, kind, and friendly. Overall I will repeat the experience but only when i make proper medical arrangements and back ups

Excellent food, loved the variety and the accessibility. They had an event everyday for kids and grownups which we all really enjoyed. The pools are all clean and well maintained. Also excellent location just 10min away by car to the land of legends.

The hotel does nothing to separate smokers (of which there is an astounding amount) and non smokers. It is near on impossible to avoid cigarette smoke. This felt outdated.

A few moments for potential improvement though - aqua-aerobics could have been so much more fun if run by a professional aqua aerobics instructor and not just a fitness instructor. - a yoga place should be covered from the sun more thoroughly - at the moment some sun rays get in and it ruins everything. When it is plus 45 outside maybe yoga can be moved inside? - spa is a huge area for improvement. I had one very mediocre thai massage and an unsuccessful attempt at a manicure when I left half way through. Spa area is not very crowded which is a big plus but i think it speaks volume at the popularity of the facility.

We were a group of five and we all were very happy with our choice of hotel this year. Out of several hotels I have been to Antalya this is the best. I loved the sandy and well looked after beach which is so rare in this part as most of the beaches in the area are pebbly or sand with pebbles

The only thing I wanted to pointed out was the fairness of transfer office. We were given 60 euros for two ways ride to land of legend from hotel which was only 30 euros by a taxi !! And thanks to the reception for arranging this .

The only negative is having to wait around for someone to help with the guest relations when it's their busy intake of new guests. Also, it would have been nice to have been warned on arrival to book the free a la carte restaurants as soon as possible. The restaurants were booked up the whole week we were there.

Everything was amazing- the staff, the live entertainment, and I was surprised at the quality of the food given the huge amount of people needing to be served. I did tons of research before deciding on Susesi as I have 3 kids from 10 to 19 years old and wanted to be sure it would be enjoyed by all. It did not disappoint and we all had a great time.

Excellent for families and the food in the buffet exceeded expectations. Food and drink wise there’s something for everyone. The hotel itself feels luxurious, and the room was brilliant. The staff also couldn’t be more helpful

The resort is outstanding in everything: check in smoothly, excellent staff that do great job assisting guests, comfortable bed and spacious room, tastefully decorated, several amenities to use included, buffet food fresh and delicious with many varieties to choose.
