Pool crowded and small. Too much rough housing and splashing. Room clean but edges a little dirty. Heat could be more even in suite Still waiting to hear from house keeping re item left in room.

I was very tired when we arrived 2/14. but I woke up after a very refreshing sleep - exercised swam in the pool- enjoyed a great breakfast- and was back home byb11am for my husband to have work/ Zoom meetings!!

There is nothing I dont like, that's why I stay there every trip, four times a year.

Everything! Comfortable, clean, quiet!!!!! Convienent, incredible staff, great food, great bar, great housekeeping. John at front desk, Manager Joan and the three front desk women who have been there for years, always accommodate my early request check ins, assist with changes to my reservation and provide incredible customer service.

Too many kids running up and down someday late in the evening. I know this is not a hotel fault, but might have a night silence rules and the stuff needs to handle better in this situation.

Amazing experience! The hotel is great! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Very nice and large room. There was a back door in my room that I could open to walk in the back parking lot with my dog. Everything in the room was very organized and clean. The restaurant made delicious food, the best breakfast and the Chef was made my omelet was so nice and happy. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely going back when I have a chance.

the balcony was great to get fresh air ! it was locked our previous stay not sure why?

We loved everything , we’ve stayed here a few times and refuse to go to any others around Marlborough. this hotel is like a second home from home . Me and my son enjoy it here very much . the pool, jacuzzi, mini arcade , the room was clean and comfortable, AMAZING breakfast ( we’re picky eaters) great cook. great food at restaurant. great staff . we love the waitress /bartender can’t remember her name but she’s a doll. I believe she’s there full time . the manager actually speak and interact with guests . The last time we stayed there it was a hockey team of boys that were running everywhere unfortunately (this never happened before) and the staff handled it very well . we had to cancel last minute last week due to unfortunate circumstances ..I called , and the hotel staff accommodated us with no issue . and waived the fees . we will be staying this coming weekend ! I highly recommend this hotel . I hardly ever write reviews

Tiny bathroom. Mini fridge has no freezer-- not a huge issue but our ice packs could not be refrozen. Breakfast did not start until 7 and we had to leave by 6:45 for a lacrosse tournament so the potentially great breakfast was not available to us.

Great location. Quiet room even though the hotel was nearly full. Spacious suite.

It is a big hotel, so you room might be a bit away from the lobby.

Very clean and well maintained place. We liked the modern Fitness Center and the Yakuzi. Rooms were very big and even had a door between kids room and patents room. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was prepared for us fresh and according to our preferences. Lots of shops and restaurants are located within walking distance. We'd recommend the Long Horn Steak house.

The position of the AC in the bedroom. You can't adjust the vents and the air blows into your face when you are in bed.

The hotel and the room was super clean and the staff was really attentive and helpful. The beds were super comfy. Although they were quite booked, it was pretty quiet throughout the corridors and in the hotel public areas It was well situated. It had nice indoor and outdoor sitting lounges. Nice breakfast-lots of choices-omelette station too. Hand sanitizers and wipes were available in all high traffic areas. Free parking was a plus.

The only issue we had was the parking was confusing and then getting back to our room was even more confusing.

The hotel staff are very courteous and the complimentary breakfast in the morning is superb. The rooms are clean and spacious as well as being very comfy. The hotel has a great location around many shops and restaurants. Again not enough can be said about the breakfast from the omlette station to the fruit bar and all other options just amazing. We had a great stay.

Price for mid week say was too high .

Beautiful contemporary decor. Clean classy establishment. Bar tender and chef from the back of the kitchen are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious.Check in staff also helpful. Nice friendly manager keeps place running smoothly. Great location. Walking distance to Starbucks Ben and Jerry grocery store etc. Great base camp.for road tripping to Boston Newport RI New Haven Hartford Proovidence etc.
