The Saturday housekeeper's bad attitude and inability to clean almost ruined what had been an otherwise splendid experience. Supervision of the chalet ceaners is required.

The upgraded Bosch hob, oven, microwave and fridges in the chalets were a pleasant surprise. The kids also got to enjoy the free horse riding around the playground, and Richard made them feel comfortable and confident on the horses. The views are still a beauty to wake up to daily.

The place was super clean,friendliness of the staff members and the fun activities planned for both kids and adults. We had so much fun and ended up extending our stay with 1 day

The chalets need air conditioning for the warmer months. They ought to be a shuttle (golf cart) to and from the chalets.

Beautiful setting. Lots of activities every day. The evening vibe at the square at the reception was amazing with live music, etc. the chalets were extremely comfortable.

They could add some Netflix or so. Kitchens need some oven dishes to prepare meals.

Magnificent views, peaceful surroundings, great facilities, friendly staff, secure. Comfortable apartments. Apartments serviced daily, A lot of entertainment for kids, so they never got bored.

The room could do with alittle maintenance. Fridge had a bad odour which staff did sought out. Bathroom shower blocked. Lights not working which they did fix after told.

Place smelt bad when we entered, no air con in the lounge area. Fridge tray was broken. Restaurants extremely poor service. Food took long. Had no fried chips.

Beautiful place to stay. Loved the peace and tranquility. Good facilties with friendly and helpful staff Chalets are neat and cosy. The highlight was the horse riding. A lovely place to recharge, and relax enjoying the nature. Overall loved our stay 😊

The chalets get very hot during the evenings, had to sleep with the windows open. Would suggest to go only in winter colder months as there are no aircons in the chalets, only fans which don’t cool the rooms down enough

The only negative was the roads need to be improved on the entrance to the resort and I would prefer if the people begging / selling souveniers were not on the road to the resort.

Check-in was smooth and efficient with friendly staff. Facilities are great and ideal for a family with a variety of activities for the children. A bonus is the convenience store which has most day to day items for self catering.

Great facilities and lots of activities to keep you occupied throughout the day. Accommodation was clean and neat. We had an incident with one of the meals, but the kitchen staff were very helpful and gave us a complimentary meal. Great customer service.

There we hundreds of flies in our unit throughout our stayed. It's the only thing that spoilt our stay

Superb location, amazing views. Very good breakfast. Short drive to the Royal Natal park (~30 minutes). My son loved fishing at the lake (catch & release).

Diner/food options could be better. Buffet ran out some main food items when we got there, other food was cold even though we were arrived at the restaurant early. First room was not cleaned properly and had a weird smell so we requested to be moved.

Family friendly, location is good, views are great. Good activities for families and kids.

I believe the food needs an upgrade. Been to resort a few times. Again loved it. However the menu and food is basic. The standard of food prepared on site is average. 'Nothing to write home about... People who travel from far to visit you would appreciated delicious food - even if on a separate menu giving guest the option of fine dining or just great tasting food.
