No lock on bathroom sliding door, and no soap for bathroom sink, however they do have lovely body soap and shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The cleanliness wasn’t bad however it could be cleaner, in terms of the smell it could smell fresher with the small addition of a scent diffuser or air freshener.

Good view, however it does depend on the chalet you are given. It has a good layout and WiFi in the rooms aswell as DSTV. I also liked that there were fans in each room.

There needs to be some system put in place in regards to alcohol and music. People are coming to relax and chill out. I'm sure the resort knows exactly how many alcohol bottles and cans they have to throw out...... :"( If the relaxing swings could please get attended to so the patrons can relax and enjoy the view.

Everything was lovely. But most importantly was the hospitality. In specific the Staff member "Gloria" was very accommodating and very warm and understanding. Every patron looks for these Qualities in the staff at a resort. Facilities are very nice. Kids enjoyed everything to bits!

The monkeys are a bother, perhaps consider putting up visors over the large kitchen windows and lounge sliding door to prevent the monkeys coming in when you have the doors open.

Facilities for the children, however it was raining and could only play squash indoors.

The chalet advertised in the photos was not at all the chalet we received. The photos shows a beautiful sea view and big lawn while the chalet you receive has partial sea view through parking and other chalets with a very small lawn. Although we still enjoyed it we booked the accommodation specifically for the sea view and big lawn. It should be mentioned that it is general photos and that you are not guaranteed to receive the chalet in the photos.

The chalet was very comfortable, clean and good value for money. It is very calm and relaxing staying at Chaka's Rock chalets. We loved almost everything about the place. The kitchen was well equipped and the private braai area was lovely.

The wi fi in room did not work , the pool area was not controlled a lot of loud music and consumption of alcohol kept my family away from the pool and left a bad taste on the trip

Location and accomadation was nice the greetings where friendly at reception with free popcorn and juice

Initially the room we were allocated was not as per the pictures, so we did ask to be moved closer to the front row. Which they did and that changed the experience for us, we move from level 1 to level 5 of happiness indicator

Jungle gym not maintained well. Water comes out shower- modern type shower that has only one door.

The pool was further than expected, but there's nothing I didn't like, place was 👌

I didn't know that some facilities had to be booked, example the Lapa area as we wanted to use that space but we wasn't informed as people had already booked before us.

The view was great, and its perfect for a large family to book. They really catered for us by keeping us all as neighbors which elevated the experience.

rooms has less towels, very small unit, parking was only available for one car. not much privacy as neighbors could walk pass your unit.

Our chalet was the perfect size for our family of four. Equipped with everything you need for a quick getaway. WiFi and TV for the kids on rainy days (loaded with DSTv, Netflix, Shomax, etc.). Had a lovely stay, and I will happily book thete again

Unfortunately the pool was out of service during our stay.

The views are amazing, the receptionist was very helpful when we arrived. The location is within walking distance to the beach and to some pretty nice restaurants.
