As a Telkom user. Network was not connecting. Since I was self catering. The pots were too small, only if they had small, medium and big pots.

I liked everything that was there in our room.

Requires some updates renovations and upkeep(Eg. Leaking tap unit 12A/cleanliness (Eg flies... Suggest supplying insect repelling candles and doom/raid) . Also repairs and maintenance of the roof and damp Eg. Unit 10A. Too many direct marketing engagements.

Bath looked stained and dirty, one dirty towel, no Wi-Fi, no fans or air-conditioning. On line Booking was unsuccessful and a surprise when I arrived at reception due to some payment issue I was not aware of.

We stayed overnight on our trip Parys to Ballito. Great scenic location not far off the N3 highway. Extremely comfortable and convenient stay. enjoyed a great pizza's in restaurant. Nice facilities as it was an overnight stay we only used the table tennis table and soccer games. Patio and braai at apartment very good and convenient Friendly reception staff and were very helpful at reception to complete/ correct booking.

Resort units need refurbishment as interior of units are out dated. Plumbing / taps are in poor condition and need replacement. Lots of flies in the units which needs to be addressed. The unit was clean, but I was constantly spraying with doom from the time I arrived until I left. This was a nuisance. Unit kitchen was lacking wine glasses, cork screw, hair dryer which should have been provided and had to be requested on arrival. Games room could be improved for teenage kids. It is very small.

Large resort with well spaced units. Spacious 2 bed units with 2 full bathrooms, dining room, balcony with table, chairs and view. Tennis courts and horses kept us busy.

When we got there we were given a room that was not cleaned, on return to the reception we were provided with a cleaned room without any hassle. The bedding smelled strange, which we did not enjoy for such a beautiful place. Small things like providing some milk and tea were also missed, unfortunately.

The resort was beautiful and relaxing. Great value for money, the room provided is actually a flat with more than enough space for a large family. The view from the rooms is breathtaking and we were very comfortable.

Maintenance of accommodation not good.Broken wooden spindles on the balcony with protruding long nails.Broken coving on ceiling above.Bathroom and kitchen sink tap units very loose.Hot water got dangerously 🔥 hot,scalding in fact.Fire extinguisher was missing.Hairdryer was missing.No air conditioning or heating anywhere in accommodation. Fireplace but nothing to use to light it with. Kitchen cupboards and drawers very dated and old and dusty,hadn't been cleaned for years!!!

Lovely and peaceful setting with wonderful countryside views . Size of accommodation surprisingly spacious.2 good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms including a spa bath in one of them.Balcony with table and chairs.BBQ in the garden below.Quality towels and bed linen.Great comfy beds and a good size.Plenty of wardrobe space.

Too many flies, establishment needs to put in something to control them . More items should be added to the menu.

The long wait for our meals. Better lighting in the houses especially bathrooms. It was very dark

It was so pleasant to sit at the restaurant, the entertainment is a big bonus. Service at the restaurant is a problem though. All the meals at the restaurant took well over an hour to reach us.

No Wi-Fi and No Smart TVs. The kitchen staff was not welcoming during breakfast and the tables were left with dirty plates for more than an hour and there were flies all over…I never enjoyed my breakfast because of dirtiness (Sunday 25/02).

With the heavy rains we received, there was water coming into our chalet. I think this should be looked into

I loved the convenience of the restaurant; it was such a pleasant environment as well. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist.

Resort staff look weary which translates into the very laid back approach. Hope it's just the tiredness from a busy December and not this way always.

Felt like a home away from home. Apartments are fully equipped for a family stay. Large and airy. Beautiful scenery on every side.. The most serene place to be.. Resort staff try to make it entertaining for guests/families with games and also fun kids activities to do on each day of our stay.. Horse riding was excellent and our guide was very accommodating. Food at the restaurant was very good. Nonny who is in charge of entertainment was such a pleasure. So helpful and great with the kids.
