Nothing we didn’t like, but we were travelling as a family and the two rooms allocated were too far apart also bearing in mind we were travelling with a 1 year old child.

The hotel is old with broken washer rose head and the bed was not comfortable, pillows are too big to sleep with

The restaurant food is overpriced and very average. They need to consider changing the menus and provide fresh healthy meals. The restaurants can do with a big update. So much potential to really provide a magical stay.

The scenery is amazing! Golf course has so much charm, the hikes are fantastic. All the staff are friendly and efficient and willing to try their best to serve guests.

There could be more to keep the little ones (under 10) busy on rainy days - perhaps an indoor play area. The activities on the holiday program for the little ones were not very well planned or well executed.

The cove pool and the surroundings are amazing. The outdoor activities and facilities are incredible and well-priced.

Our car was parked very far from the room. When it rained, very messy to get to the car.

Cellphone reception is almost non existing. But what can you expect when you in the wilderness. However WiFi was available from the main reception. Property is also quite big of moving from place to place it is advisable using your vehicle . Not much to complain about . Was a great stay .

The location is deep in the Berg you have a beautiful view of the Drakensberg mountains from all angles when in the property . The scenes are really majestic . The staff was very polite and friendly . Overall a good stay .

No means of contacting reception after hours to complain about the disturbance from other guests until 4am. Telephones in the rooms did not work. Some maintenance is required around the property and the rooms.

We had to eat at the alternative restuarant and every night there was a dispute with the staff as the wrong room number was communicated to them(Should not be our responsibality)We were also not notified of the change in venue.The food was not up to standard at all !!!

Dated interiors. Shower in bath system was horrible. A few of the bars were closed, had to find waiters at the main pool just to order drinks. Outdoor activities need maintenance.

Beautiful location and friendly staff. Lots of activities to do. Great for families. La vita spa was great.

I loved the place only suggestion is to please put water dispensers or sell bottled water in the gym area as we get dehydrated after a full session of working out and being in the sauna. the walk back to the hotel to get water in the blazing sun while thirsty is not the greatest.

the staff was very friendly and welcoming. the endless facilities on the property, how they have daily activities even when we had bad weather outside, they arranged for indoor activities that was really a lovely gesture. the kids loved every bit of it. the 4 nights we spent there was not enough to get through everything will surely be back.
