the location. It feels very unsafe. one of the rooms I booked had like 2 cockroaches as soon as I opened the room. I requested for a room exchange which I did get but at first they wanted me to pay for it.

You need to upgrade and keep up with the latest designs. Parking i understand your space is limited. You will have a challenge in getting more clients due to your parking.

misquitoes😭😭 couldn’t sleep at all. also i couldn’t open windows because of mosquitoes so it was uncomfortably hot& I struggled to sleep 😭🥵

I didn't like that they failed to mention the shower was faulty and only cold water came out of it. Shower makes the whole bathroom fill with water and there is no mat in the bathroom to stand on or help soak up the water splatters. The room I got from the booking was said to have a balcony but on arrival I was given a room downstairs with no balcony.

Bedroom is smelling ,no water coming from the cistern had to use kettle to fillin the cistern to flush.bed is hard like a rock .had a traumatizing nite wont recommend to anyone.curtains are transparentsliding door not locking properly

They are not clean, we found the bedroom linen dirty actually they didn't clean our bedrooms. The shower was not in the good condition for first time people, the big problem we had was shortage of water. They do not prepare for their visitors.

Their breakfast wasn't that bad, iy was just a breakfast. And their location is very perfect.

Host inflexible with changing dates and takes long to respond. The bathroom was filthy with urine that wasn't flushed for days. Warm water too over 10min to come out of the shower. It wasn't worth the amount paid, time and distance traveled.

Issue of the back gate that doesn't have a remote control in the moment which is not safe for people who came later.

Dirty bed covered with a dirty mattress protector,our bed sheet evn had blood stains,under the bed looked liked liked nobody has sweeped fr weeks,my house shower is way more cleaner than theirs haibo the mould can show nobody bothers to clean properly,the ĺodge is near the main road so the noises of the passing cars wake up a slight sleeper like me as soon as the cars start going by(woken up around 4 am never went back to sleep!)

No breakfast was served. No coffee or tea inside the rooms. The water was cold everytime i was taking a bath.

1.Housekeeping was very bad, 2.The staff was very rude, 3.Very old and dirty linen 4.The yard had badly leaking pipes and the water was all over the place which caused a lot of mosquitoes. 5. No toilet papers provided. 6. I left my room's keys for them to clean my room when i got back in the evening i struggled to get my keys as there was no one at the reception, tried calling them no one picked the phone, i stayed outside for about 2hrs until they phoned back to tell me their phone was on silent😡. 7. No bath towels provided per stay.

Bedding was dirty and as I booked for 2 night stay, I was expecting that bedding will be changed when cleaning following day, cutlery had rust however I requested other cutlery and dishes as they had cracks. Water was cold in the shower for both 2 days. The location yes it was very much convenient
