We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaI didn't like that they failed to mention the shower was faulty and only cold water came out of it. Shower makes the whole bathroom fill with water and there is no mat in the bathroom to stand on or help soak up the water splatters. The room I got from the booking was said to have a balcony but on arrival I was given a room downstairs with no balcony.

South AfricaThey are not clean, we found the bedroom linen dirty actually they didn't clean our bedrooms. The shower was not in the good condition for first time people, the big problem we had was shortage of water. They do not prepare for their visitors.

South Africa1.Housekeeping was very bad, 2.The staff was very rude, 3.Very old and dirty linen 4.The yard had badly leaking pipes and the water was all over the place which caused a lot of mosquitoes. 5. No toilet papers provided. 6. I left my room's keys for them to clean my room when i got back in the evening i struggled to get my keys as there was no one at the reception, tried calling them no one picked the phone, i stayed outside for about 2hrs until they phoned back to tell me their phone was on silent😡. 7. No bath towels provided per stay.
