I found the staff somewhat rude on arrival. We were a tired family with small kids and some friendliness would have gone a long way. We really struggled to find the car park, some instructions in the welcome email that was sent out before we arrived would have helped. Also the car park charges were more expensive than what was stated in the welcome email! Overall I was really looking forward to the hotel and just found myself disappointed. Not sure I'd go out my way to stay here again.

Although there were water-saving measures in place, it was disappointing to see that when I returned to my room at the end of the day, all the lights had been left on by the housekeeping staff. Perhaps they need training. If it's 'procedure' for them to leave the lights on, then perhaps this needs to be re-looked by management. It was also disappointing that there was only creamers and no milk (not nice with tea!).

It was good to see measures in place to conserve water.

The back entrance, which is supposedly the entrance where the reception is situated, it is dodge on that side but the front of the hotel is fine I guess. The breakfast options for the buffet can be elevated a little bit more. For instance, they had a potato and onion mix which was served, this didn't make sense for me. I'll give their breakfast offering a 7/10.

Shower room not user friendly. Need to install guard rails as well as holder for soap. Beds need to be replaced and towels still had stains on. The air-con need to be upgraded and requires remote handsets. The hotel need a demarcated location inside the hotel close to bar area to allow those guests who do smoke peace and safety

Little details which were reported to reception about loose window handles etc. This feedback to reception could be done in a digital way. Buffet was ok but doesn't cater for small eaters. Breakfast was R280 for a yoghurt and some fruit which is expensive. Dinner buffet, fruit was overripe.

The property has poor sound proof protection as you could literally hear every movement of the lift as if there was a moving train in the building. No access to windows and hence the room wasn’t bright enough.

The room was quite run down. Especially the bathroom. It could use a fresh up. In the room the AC is the old self standing big box in the corner. The bed next to it gets full blow of cold air and the bed on the far side just a bit.

Breakfast was nice for this price range. Safe garage under the hotel.

I liked the location, cleanliness, and staff. I was using the room as a day room before my red-eye flight that night, but in the end I was not able to take my flight, so had to rebook again that same night. The next room I got was not as nice as the first one, so there are nice and not so nice rooms. The next morning I came down for breakfast and the breakfast was very nice and varied

I Booked a room for a couple, I was given a room for 7 people with many single beds. I took me more than 3hours to resolve the matter. Amount paid was a lot compared to other hotels near by. The fridge was dirty of ice creams until we leave the premises No one took initiative to clean them. There were also old papers in the wall drop for guest
