the view was amazing and enchantting...the breakfast buffet was excellent .....the dinner buffet was very limited a lot can still be done to improve that

The service for the Ala carte dinner was very slow and not the greatest meal. Aircon in the room was noisy. We struggled to park with a trailer.

Rooms weren’t well sound proofed and we could hear the next door shower very loudly. We were also woken up very early by some guests on jet skis who clearly had no consideration for other guests.

Some of the items off the menu was out of stock and we only notified upon ordering, some staff members don't keep a track of the drinks order and over charge hence always double check the bill

Views are stunning, beds are comfortable dstv package is a good one, nice size balcony ironing board and iron comes with the room, we stayed in the loft and shower has nice pressure

In the current SA situation, we understand that top establishments must have a generator. However, the generator was unsilenced and made a tremendous noise which was not very nice at night.

The rate was for bed and breakfast. The breakfast was superb. We had a la carte lunch and dinner as the Buffet was pricey and just to much for a normal person to eat. The ambiance of the property was great. Also really enjoyed the pool.

I didn't like the buffet. Was very limited choices. The safe in the room was not bolted, it was movable otherwise everything was excellent.

I loved the view and the tranquility. A beautiful place to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful The food ordered from the menu was excellent. Compliments to the chef.

The management of the restaurant definitely needs improvement. Majority of the staff were very inattentive and inefficient. The tables were generally always dirty and the food was generally average. You also get charged R50 for every room service request, including ice. I feel this should be part of the room fee. There's one area that requires urgent maintenance. The leak from the balcony above is contained in random unsightly buckets and containers that you need to snake through to get to the other side. Lastly, we stayed at JTL over New years eve and because of the stunning location I expected the fireworks to look like magic but they were quite mediocre. The 2 patrons who put them up did their best, but there's definitely room here for management to become more innovative and create an unforgettable experience for the guests.

What a spectacular place. The scenery is like no other. My bestie and I even joked that it looked like we were in Thailand from our pictures. We could not have a chosen a better place to Kickstart the new year. So breathtakingly beautiful and serene. You feel so one with nature. The staff was also generally pleasant and very respectful. The boat cruise is a must! I'll certainly go back in future.
