We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The shower bath is very slippery, a bit of a danger for older people (any person actually). 4. There is a gap between the room door and the wall so the light from.the corridor shines into the room.

South AfricaThe water pressure is still an issue at the hotel since our last stay about 5 years ago. We had dinner at the Springbuck restaurant on our first night - there were just far too few staff on duty, and customers were forgotten. Perhaps the hotel could invest in a generator or solar to allow some lights to work in the common areas - it wasn't fun trying to navigate the dark stairs with a cell phone torch.
This was our second stay at Karoo Country Inn and it delivered on its promise for our two night stay. Nice sized room, with a comfy bed and lovely linen. The room was nicely soundproof from the trucks rumbling through town. The receptionist was wonderfully friendly, as were the breakfast attendants. The steaks we had at The Springbuck restaurant were excellent value and tasty.

South AfricaFront of house, on arrival, was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly, but further than that, we were left to our own devices. I, being physically compromised, had to open and close the gate all by myself.
The room was comfortable and warm during the cold winter nights we were there. On the inside of the establishment, the facilities very neat.
