Very beautiful loved the view of the beach and everything 😍 so beautiful. The kids could swim and play when ever we were by the resort. Will absolutely go back again

The lies about the aircon voucher. They were supposed to tell us that we were buying electricity and it was bad that it's not even refundable. They're all about making money. No toilet papers Instead of refilling the dishwasher liquid, they just added water. .

There's no tea & sugar suchets. The tissue is so thin it finishes before the next day it was so frustrating

We felt safe even on the ground floor. The staff were friendly and efficient. We loved being able to walk straight onto the clean beach without crossing roads. Close to shops and restaurants.

We were told that noise is not allowed from 20:00 surprisingly around 18:00 Security guys came to Tel us that we must switch off our speaker cos we are making noise

There was an unflushed toilet (with poo) in the main bedroom… not a great sight after just arriving, nevertheless flushed it and continued to enjoy the facilities

We didn't like the fact that we were not made aware that aircon was only available once a voucher was purchased yet when we made the booking the only information disclosed was that aircon was available Also we didn't like the fact that housekeeping couldn't wash dishes

We lived the location of the resort Housekeeping kept the apartment nice and tidy and clean

The WiFi was unreliable, some of my family members could not connect at all. Also, the exterior walls are quite thin so anyone talking, running, or making a noise in the corridor can be heard loud and clear which can be a problem for light sleepers like myself. They don't have generators but the loadshedding was negligible. We only experienced 2 hours of loadshedding during our 8 day stay.

Our stay at La Lucia Sands was fantastic. The location is beautiful and convenient. The staff friendly and helpful. And we were in close proximity to a number of fun places. I loved that the room is cleaned every day, and access to the Private Beach is wonderful. The pool and braai area are well maintained, and we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The youngsters loved the access to Netflix and Youtube on the TVs which kept them entertained during down times. I'd absolutely stay there again.

Staff was rude and they need to be taught manners... They are clueless about customer service....

You have to pay for wifi and aircon. The couches are not great. The TV in the main room is old. The place comes across as a bit hectic with their rules. It's not on the best part of the beach. The beach was a little dirty.

The apartments are nice and new. The pool is great. The noise levels are kept in check.

We didn’t enjoy that the Aircon was not included in the stay, it was an additional fee. The wifi was not strong enough and couldn’t connect half the time.
