The room, service, food,facilities were all exceptional. We booked the presidents suite which was beautifully appointed. Gail, the owner, recommended a fantastic restaurant for our evening meal which we thoroughly enjoyed. The morning after we had breakfast, the menu service and food quality was outstanding. My wife and I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone staying in Port Elizabeth

The owners and staff was very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooms had a bar fridge with free cooldrinks in. Breakfast was 5star as there is a big variety to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay. This place really set the bar very high and we will definately stay here again when we go to PE.

What a wonderful surprise! Great hotel really close to airport. Manager was so friendly and helpful, really went out of her way to welcome us. We had a lovely comfy room, great bathroom. Loved the space theme throughout the hotel. Hotel owners on site were so pleasant to chat with & really genuine about making sure we were enjoying our stay. We had a very early departure next day so could not do breakfast justice but there was a really good selection to choose from. The owner very kindly dropped us to the airport for our flight. We really had great service and would highly recommend this hotel for short or long stays. It’s a great location, close to airport and also very close to some really good restaurants and very nice beaches.

Fantastic breakfast with lots of choice all freshly cooked for you The owners Kevin & Gayle went out of their way to spend time with us. We loved it all.

This was a perfect location for our onward journey by plane. The property was clean and safe and the staff could not do enough for us. There was such a positive vibe and we were so surprised that we were able to swim, steam and have massages in this great hotel. The Team went over and above by giving a great restaurant recommendation and providing transfers to the airport.

Even though we only stayed for one night after our day safari, we were so warmly welcomed with open arms. We were granted an early check-in and a late check-out which very much facilitated our travels. The staff as well as the owners were more than kind and attentive. It felt very personal. They really went above and beyond making sure all our wishes were fulfilled and our stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel also includes a heated pool, jacuzzi and Spa where they organized a very short notice massage treatment for my stiff neck I was struggling with. The breakfast buffet offered everything and more. Thank you for everything!

We stayed 3 nights at Nova Hotel, and everything was excellent. The hotel is central to all areas we visited over the 3 days The hotel was very clean private and safe The staff are efficient, and the service was amazing A warm thank you to kevin the owner, Justice and all staff for making our stay pleasant and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
