Parking was a nightmare Had to park outside far from the hotel and walk in the pouring rain to their underground parking and felt unsafe as a female. Still don't understand how their underground parking was fully booked yet we paid for a room including secure parking. Tlc on taps in the room we stayed in.

Hotel is central close to the beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful Clean and comfortable even though there are carpets. Beds and pillows are very comfortable

Breakfast must be improved regarding quality/type of the beacon and sausage's. At 9:30 most of the food was cold. The fridge in the room was not de-iced.

Staff was very pleasant. Hotel is very old and it's lovely that you've managed to keep it original. Apart from it smelling a little moldy especially bathrooms it was quite comfortable. Breakfast menu was a little different from the normal southern sun menu that we used to. All in all was a beautiful experience. Thank you for the lovely private service we got for dinner. We appreciate the on the house champagne and dessert. Thank you so much.

The fact that I was not offered a sea facing room even when I had requested. I was promised to be moved the following day as other guests will be leaving but that didn't happen.

Breakfast was good and enjoyable. Bed comfortable and clean linens. Staff was polite.

I was staying in room 404.The lady who was cleaning our room was very rude and not polite… she does not greet, get into the room and start doing her job without even asking us to excuse her. She needs to get her attitude right

The location is a bit worrisome as it’s in front of a crowded beach, that’s unsafe & smells very bad. The corridors in our floor were noisy and busy very early in the morning with loud guests and/or staff that will wake you up by 6 or 6:30 am. The windows weren’t clean so they obscured the sea view.

The room was spacious with a sea view. We liked the safe underground parking with a daily fee ( R 60). The breakfast was good. The staff were always nice and welcoming. The big generator was a big plus during load-shedding. The dine-in room service was great with delicious food and a variety to choose from. The house keeping were punctuate, they change the towels, make the beds and clean the room daily.

Nothing much, just to make sure that there is enough coffee sugar and milk in the rooms, enough for the nber of people who are staying in that room. Pool closung early 🙈add more juice with other flavors.

The location of the hotel, the stuff everyone was do welcoming, friendly and full of love, food on point just add more cake next time 😜, the croissant so tasty, I am a happy claint.
