A modern, vibrant and very well run hotel that met all our expectations and more. Excellent location in the epicentre of Cape Town. Wonderful staff - nothing was too much trouble.

The ac was stuck at 19 constantly & bathroom water was cold - luke warm, but the hotel had accommodated, they tried to fix & were helpful & accommodating to help change rooms.

The staff whefe very accommodating, And went out of their way. This made such a difference& everything was done with a smile!!

When I first arrived I thought I’d find it too ‘young’ ‘hip’ and ‘happening’ but we loved it. The location is superb, facilities fab and the homemade granola- wow!! I’m smiling thinking about it! Radisson Blu is more my usual vibe but I have to commend you!

The staff were superb! Lloyd you made us feel so welcome, thank you! Everyone went out of their way to assist, be kind and make us happy! What a great team. Such a great group of people.

I feel that the table in the room is a bit awkward and does take up too much space.

Nothing- it was lovely. Next time we'll be "not ill" and enjoy it even more!

It's an excellent hotel in a great location. Through no fault of the hotel we were ill when we arrived, so actually spent a lot of time in our room recovering - and it was THE most comfy "hospi-hotel" you can imagine!! The staff were very sympathetic too, and the roof top bar was actually lovely although we didn't enjoy it as much as we could have. The underground parking beneath make it very easy to arrive at too.

Probably just the no service later at night....but will give the benefit of the doubt that kitchen may have been closed.

Not much to faulter location is excellent. But maybe restaurant can have better service later at night.....unless kitchen was closed not sure but we went to an excellent restaurant next door.

We only stayed one night and when we came in the afternoon we were keen to swim in the pool. But that day there was a rooftop party going on and full of party people, so we could not use it unfortunately.

Room size though adequate had little storage/wardrobe /drawer space but it still worked.

The hotel design and deco is brilliant - it oozes a fun industrial chic vibe . The staff are amazing and eager to help and full of good cheer. Rooms are quiet, comfortable and compact . Housekeeping were like elves -no signs or sounds , yet they kept the place extremly clean. Breakfast had lots of good choices and plenty . Location is perfect for walking to the waterfront . The view from our room of the Table Mountain was simply fantastic .

The Room setup for our family. The family room is great but not for long term stay. A demarcation of the kids bunk from the parents bed would have made a great different for us if they had such a room as we had to book a different hotel with 2 separate rooms for the rest of our stay

A slight hiccup occurred at check-in when the original room that we booked was not available. However, the friendly staff quickly made a plan to accommodate us with different room options that suited us and was very apologetic. We were offered free breakfast, but unfortunately left too early the following morning to make use of of the vouchers.

The cleanliness and the space in the rooms are always great. The delicious dinner in the restaurant on ground level was absolutely delightful and the presentation beautiful.

Rooftop bar was too loud for us but the younger generation seemed to be having a great time.

The location is fantastic with direct access to the V&A waterfront. We had a mountain view room which was fantastic. The open top bus tours stop outside the hotel and the Robben Island ferry/tour is only a few minutes walk away. We didn't take the breakfast option as there are multiple places to try on the waterfront

One night I never got any sleep as there was a ship constantly sounds its horn every 30 seconds all night. The staff heard it and tried to move me but the second room was just as noisey. I felt I should get a reduction as my whole night was ruined with no sleep and they should have contacted the port authority.

Nothing everthing was perfect. I never enjoyed, any Hotel the way I enjoyed the Radisson Red.

The Location and Room was 100% perfect. the ambuance was excellent, the Staff was exceptionally friendly, and experienced.

Be aware of the table in the room. It has slanted legs from the top. I hit my toes on it a few times during our stay.

We arrived very late on our flight from Amsterdam. We arrived at the hotel at almost 2am. We were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome at the front desk. Check in was fast and easy. The room was very modern and it was nice sized. Location of the Raddison is amazing!!! You could not ask for more. just a few minute walk to al the restaurants and bars in V&A. We also had breakfast at the hotel and it was very, very good as well as reasonably priced. Do yourself a favor and have a drink on the pool lounge. It has a great view of Cape Town and the drinks and food is very nicely priced.
