We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaCongealed fried eggs in the Bain Marie for breakfast were aweful. Never seen this before. Either make to order or put scrambled eggs in the Bain Marie which keep better. Was not offered the glass of champagne at breakfast which I was later informed should have been offered by the waiting staff.
Efficient and friendly staff. Spacious well-appointed room and great bathroom.

Wow their facilities,the whole infrastructure is good and clean modernized have beautiful gardens and superb outdoor facilities. Our room was big and spacious the furniture was of great value,bathroom and linen were clean. Excellent services especially room service they always respond quickly whenever we called. Delicious breakfast ,wide range of delicious food served and good restaurants. Transport services when you are lazy to drive they organized uber for me to go to church on Saturday. So quiet and I like their rules given to all visitors time frame for partying,it gives everybody time to relax and enjoy the stay.l would book the hotel over and over again nice place to stay, close to amenities such as the beach,Red Hill Mall,town they have top of the range spa woow .

South AfricaMy car was damaged by another guest. The hotel refused to give me the guest personal details so i could contact them. The fact that the guest drove away after my car was damaged to me meant it was a criminal offense and the hotel should not protect the guest identity. I now have to spend R50000 to fix my damaged and they accept no responsibility. Gave me a registration number that i cannot tract down because it seems that it doesnt exist

United KingdomThere were some very minor cosmetic things in the room that needed attention eg the shower area was in need of some sprucing up as were the bedside lampshades and the communal carpet in the bedroom wing which let the place down a little.
Great location right opposite the golf course and close to all other parts of the town. The staff were great, the room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. No loadshedding problems, ample car parking, good WiFi. The food in the Thistle Restaurant was excellent and breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The onsite pub was well stocked and the food menu looked extensive. Very good value for money.
