Aibo I requested for a bath rope 2 days they didn’t give it to me I guess I was not an important guest and I could see that its not bcz its not there, they just ddnt want. I was feeling so cold I didn’t know the weather was gonna be so bad , coming down with flue I told them I forgot mines even my husband begged them but they refused

No room service, reception,lounge and bar were far from our room. I had to walk to the bar every time I wanted ice or drink.

Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. I liked the breakfast buffet and bush hike was the highlight for me.

I would prefer a separate shower rather than a shower over the bath I would also prefer an a la carte dinner menu rather than the buffet There are not enough options at breakfast and dinner for vegetarians

The reception was friendly and efficient, as were all the staff for afternoon cocktails and all meals. Good size bedroom en suite with a patio. Very comfortable bed and fresh linen. Wonderful situation with majestic views across the Drakensberg mountains. Great hiking trails and clean fresh air! Easy access to the awesome Sani Pass. Meals very good, with a good wine selection

The resort location is perfect for those seeking a break from city life to reconnect with nature. The views are stunning. The facilities are world-class and offers entertainment for the whole family. The serene atmosphere is the perfect way to relax and recharge the mind and body. The staff are all incredibly pleasant and helpful, going out of their way to ensure the guests are comfortable at all times. I celebrated my birthday during our stay and they went all out, even baking a delicious birthday cake! But the best part of our stay was the restaurant. The breakfast and dinner buffet are value for money and caters to every palate and diet requirement. We had four breakfasts and four dinners during our stay and were amazed at the vast range of dishes prepared at each sitting. The quality, presentation and taste of each dish was top-class, perhaps one of the best in KZN. Compliments to Chef Pieter and his team on an amazing job. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a mountain breakaway!

They upgraded my room. That made me feel special, it was my birthday stay. The room had a beautiful and healing mountain view. I loved waking up to that. The breakfast was full of options, buffet and tasted really good. I enjoyed their lunch and view while eating The staff was great. Made just enough conversation to acknowledge you.

When we arrived a room looking out on rooftop was located … was not happy but great staff en Conrad help to make us comfortable … we are not big eaters .. dont like buffet every night…toooo much..Breakfast also every day same…

After they upgrade us to a view room.. was better, then ask for king bedding was done by Housecleaning.. Breakfast is good if you go early later food dry…we never had dinner but lunch .. was very good… staff very helpfull..

No fridge in the rooms. A bit of an issue with the plumbing in our bathroom. Very noisy aircon in the room which kept us awake.

just something to put in place - when booking I requested a 1pm to 2pm check in by email - when I got there at 1pm, the 2 lady's at the reception had no idea or info on this - I had to wait till 2pm. My point is , if u cannot have the room ready by the requested time, kindly notify me. This is a poor reflection on the operations manager.

I was very upset that a waiter charged a gratuity of R179 t o our dinner without authorisation from me. I took this up with management and got refunded. Otherwise everything else was excellent.
