Room was a little small for two people with large bags, but we managed.

Reception staff were very friendly. I was able to drop off luggage and laundry early in the morning before heading out and my friend who arrived late in the evening while I was out, was also let into the room without any issue. View is stunning. Beds were comfortable.

Great breakfast , great views from our rooms balcony and very helpful staff.My mother accidentally left a book behind and the staff discovered it while cleaning the room.They contacted me and made arrangements for it to be shipped to our town. We would go again.

Not much to say here, my fiancé and I did notice a few little details like light connected to the head board was loose, however still a inviting and lovely stay.

The staff were so kind and caring, made you feel welcomed and the room was so nice and peaceful especially after a nice day out, you come back to sitting at the balcony and watching the sky’s magnificent color pallet.

You should warn visitors in advance about the cash only policy for facilities. And I think the wines are overpriced. I guess it's what economists call a monopoly of space, but R200 is pushing it.

The size of the room and the bathroom, it was rather smaller than what I had expected. Also, I had requested a double bed, not two single beds, The water from the air conditioner was dripping inside the room

The bathroom water supply arrangement id a bit wacky.

The staf, especially Nadine Theron, were very sollicitous and helpful. The views from various seating areas were superb. Very quiet. The walk downhill into town takes only sbout 20 minutes from the lower gate, but we took taxis (firm recommended by hotel) back up after the first day.

Last minute booking, so I understand we did not get the best rooms (201 and 202). Bottom floor, window looks out onto store room with workers moving about (understandably). Once again, because of location, quite noisy early in the morning with the kitchen right opposite the rooms, and the elevator just there as well. Breakfast definitely not worth the R150 - convenient yes, but not worth the money. Sausages were served undercooked, and coffee luke warm

I paid a premium rate due to short notice and New Years Eve, so I can’t fault the property. The bathroom was tiny and rudimentary and there was no real view from the room window.

Sensational view from the terrace over Cape Town and access to great restaurants a short drive away. Security arrangements worked well.

I didnt like the Parking structure. And the road leading up to the Hotel had alot of potholes in it and No Safety Barrier so that cars dont drive off the cliff. Maybe something to complain about ?

I like the comfort of the bed and pillows they were realy comfortable. I actually wanted to ask the name of the beds and pillows used.
