The website cited game drives and seeing the animals, which I would have liked to see. However, nothing was mentioned when I checked in or when I checked out, and I left thinking I had to book that somewhere else. But I didn't see anywhere to left. I would suggest that all guests are offered the full range of activities, either verbally or in a brochure which clearly states where to find out more and where to book.

The venue was perfect for my travels and the room was exceptional. I loved the bathroom and the Nespresso-type coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the view out of the windows fabulous.

Toilet paper in rooms are single ply No aircon - would be a great addition Bed are not comfortable - definitely has a weight restriction Food - Good but not great (I had an omlette and it was very large, very little cheese and no feta - not as described)

Privacy is a bit of an issue as the curtain next to the front door is completely see-through. Bottled water in the fridge would have been nice.

The room is beautiful and perfect for a stopover. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Great value for money!

The staff gave us a room we didn't book for, and acted really weird when they had to change it. We had booked for a double but they gave us a single room. They also lied about lightning having stricken their bar fridges hence they weren't working. They promised that a technician would come the next morning. When I checked the reviewsof 5 months ago, the fridge issue appeared more than three times so clearly that's the story they give each client upon visit lol!!! What a joke. Being honest wasn't going to hurt. Just don't lie. 2. The second bedroom didn't have hot water and the bathroom was leaking. One literally didn't enjoy the bath cause the water would just keep running out. There were also spider webs and the walls were mouldy.

The place looks really beautiful, not too big of a yard for people who love nature and exploring. The Thanda Tau Restaurant is top star! Enjoyed the food and the service. Collin, the waiter was sooo amazing! He is definitely for keeps!

Absolutely terrible experience. I really thought it would be great. However, lots of things were a complete mess. Reception service was slap-dash as if they could not wait any longer for our arrival even though we stipulated a time. We arrived in the evening to a repainted (the interior) chalet with closed windows made it a nightmare of fumes which I could not sleep through and got a headache from it. Absolutely no WIFI coverage which the hosts did tell us as we arrived, however, there was no alternative! Totally dark walking into the chalet. Breakfast was a huge mess, the manager had to close the kitchen after we waited for 2hrs two scrambled eggs with eggshells in it, to say the least!

The location was good for our drive time but that was about it. Nothing really good about it besides the nearby Spur restaurant.

There was confusion regarding the vouchers for breakfast in terms of how and where it could be used. We were told one thing on check in and another when trying to use it. One of the 2 rooms we stayed in was due for a revamp, but was not done. This meant there alot damp on the walls ( flaking paint) and shower. There was also alot of spider webs in both rooms implying that higher parts of the rooms are not cleaned. This was not a nice sight. The play area for the kids are only for toddler and most of the items are damaged or weather beaten

The rooms are modern and spacious. Access to netflix and wifi is a plus ( although it was not working when we stayed, but i was informed prior)
