No real complaints. Would just like to know if a shuttle could be available to fetch us somewhere close to UCT where the race ends to bring us back to the hotel at the end. We walked back and that was quite a distance from the end of the race.

We took part in the Two Oceans half marathon and received a breakfast pack the night before. A lovely variety was in the box. We were impressed with the food. Thank you.🤗👍

The Herbert Baker designed house is magnificent. The rooms are large and excellently furnished. The facilities are well above average and the food and drink are also of an extremely high standard.

The staff were amazing. I was there for the night before a big race. I was accommodated with a food pack in my room the evening before, so thoughtfully put together. (The MOST DELICIOUS egg-mayo on sourdough bread - oh my goodness!!!) Every need was attended to. I'm just sorry I wasn't staying longer so I could enjoy a breakfast or a meal in the restaurant and try out the spa.

Our room was on a noisy road at rush hour.

Beautiful hotel and gardens. It was so comfortable and the lounge had free drinks, it was like being in your own luxury home.

It is a wonderful guesthouse, I had a wonderful massage and facial at the Spa and it was lovely to have wine and dinner on the premises.

There is absolutely nothing that i did not like, everything was perfect.

We loved everything, from the beautifully appointed stately bedrooms, to the quality products in the bathrooms and the wonderful facilities available to guests like the complimentary refreshments at the drawing room. It was a complete spoil and felt very indulgent in every way.

Nothing really major. Maybe the staff starting so early (5am on one of the days! Then 6am consistently) but it’s my problem I am such a light sleeper. If you are a light sleeper too maybe ask for a room not in the main building :)

Amazing group of staff so friendly. Tiffany was so kind in accommodating us with a wonderful welcome and beautiful room upgrade. the grounds are delightful, spa is lovely as were the spa therapists and the food from the restaurant very nice too. A really relaxing and luxurious stay, would highly recommend!

A beautiful cape dutch homestead set in a lovely garden with a sparkling pool. Excellent service, gorgeous breakfasts, lovely private and spacious room. Location is excellent with easy access to Cape Town's sights.

Genuinely, I have no comments or suggestions which would improve the Andros.

From our check in until our check out 14 days later we experienced the highest level of accommodation and friendly, professional customer service. The hotel and grounds are located in a quiet suburb of Cape Town and have a wonderful relaxed vibe. The staff made us feel like we were welcome guests in their home. A name check to Val, Charmaine, Daphne, Tecno, Alan, Tiffany…..but every member of staff went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed the Andros experience - and we did.

Not easy to get to the rooms if you have heavy luggage (stairs etc) but sure staff will help if needed.

Warm welcome, fantastic restaurant (closes early on Sunday but managed to make me a great burger and chips). Amazing SA hospitality as usual while so many other things fall apart.
