I request for an assistance of the potter and waited for a good 20minutes until I carried my luggage to the car.on my second stay the cleaner only brought one towel yet I booked for two people.

The front desk team told us that they would send a text when our room was ready. About 3 hours later (4pm) we still hadn't received a text so we went to ask and the new front desk person said that they never send a text. You need to work this out.

Rooms are lovely. There is a washing machine in the room. Good security.

The room and the view was amazing, the location was also perfect, in front was all the nightlife, and behind was the beach. The little notes/jokes on the toiletries were so funny, kudos to the creatives.

I loved the privacy & the special treatment… Shout out to Justin (Guest Relations) for putting together the best team for our Wedding Anniversary & the best setup especially on a short notice… The chef Riantha for the customised amazing menu for us, it was out of this world… Glorious Anne (best waitress) for attending to us & filling us in with all the information & (kind of tour) guidance we needed… The Spa experience with Nozi was very rejuvenating & relaxing…

The bar was too expensive.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to every question I asked. It is located so close to the beach so it is an easy walk. Right across the mall is oceans mall, which was a huge plus to do shopping. Prices weren’t too crazy but we did just stay there for a day. But overall, a great experience.

While our stay at The Capital Pearls Hotel was enjoyable, we did notice some changes from our previous visits. Unfortunately, the games room was no longer available during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, we found that the breakfast hall and meal choices were more limited than what we remembered from before. Despite this, the breakfast was still delicious, and the staff remained friendly and accommodating. Overall, while there were some changes, our experience at The Capital Pearls Hotel was still pleasant, and we look forward to seeing how they continue to improve in the future."

Our stay at The Capital Pearls Hotel was nothing short of incredible. We booked a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located on the 22nd floor, boasting breathtaking views of the beach. Waking up to the mesmerizing sunrise and the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore felt like a dream. The apartment itself was meticulously equipped with everything we needed, from essential cutlery to a convenient washing machine and microwave, creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. Whether we chose to cook our meals or indulge in the affordable options from the Capital Menu, dining was always a delightful experience. The delicious breakfast spread served at the hotel exceeded our expectations, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Their warmth and accommodating nature truly added to the overall charm of our experience. We absolutely loved our time here and can't wait to return soon. The Capital Pearls Hotel has won our hearts, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and rejuvenating getaway.
