We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe Garden Suites (unexpectedly) have different sized rooms and our allocated rooms did not match what I had booked four months ago. But the staff managed to remedy the problem. It would be as well to check a week in advance regarding the size of your room and the actual view, if it matters to you. The mattress and the duvet were a bit lumpy. Time for a check up and refresh all round.
We were a large family group with many drop ins and the hotel felt like home, whether for expanding breakfast tables, an impromptu birthday lunch, or late drinks in the pub. The staff are pleasant and a credit to the hotel. The food is delicious especially the breakfast - all freshly prepared. In the Garden suites, there are lots of plugs and a decent sized wardrobe. The towels were really fluffy.

South AfricaStaff seems inadequately trained on reception and greeting, although we did arrive after the reception staff has left. We had to asked to be shown where our rooms were and what time breakfast was to be served, and the Wifi password was nowhere to be found in the rooms.
We had pizza from their on site restaurant and it was exceptional. The breakfast was just as tasty. There is a vibey pub on site with a lovely fire and beers on tap.

The location, patio suite, food, atmosphere & staff are fantastic! It was simple & authentic with excellent access to meanders which made the stay very relaxing & enjoyable. We also strolled along to the morning market which was fun. We suggest this stay!
