We arrived to the friendliest welcome. We had everything explained to us regarding the property, as well as, where to go during our days; sites, activities, food etc. But it was when we got to the house we were staying in that our jaws, quite literally, dropped. The house was almost fairytale like, set into a view that would take pages to describe. It was nothing short of mind alteringly beautiful. If you are looking for a location that takes your breath away every time you look outside, this is the place.

Beautiful greenery, views forever, amazing architecture of the cabin, feels like you are sleeping and showering in the trees, well equipped, and the swimming pool was also a treat

Honestly the best place we’ve ever stayed during our travels. The tree house is so beautiful and it is really complete, it felt like home immediately! Views are amazing and Chris and Magda are the kindest hosts you could wish for :) We would love to come back some day.

The owners were very kind, forthcoming and provided us all the infos we were looking for to explore the area. The house gives a cosy vibe as if you were at your parents place. From the garden, there is a very lovely sunset view over the lake and onto the Drakensberge. The Location is perfect to start your hiking tours and explore the surroundings. There is a dog that is about to improve the experience of your stay tremendously. The natural design of the outdoor pool and the surrounding bushes provide a feeling of privacy.

Great location and fantastic views. The pool was lovely and the unit was very clean and well maintained. Lovely shower, beds were comfortable. We appreciated the lengths taken to make each unit private and homely. Also one of the few places we've stayed with undercover parking for the car which was appreciated especially as our car leaks! A good reminder that professional establishments with star ratings are the way to go if you want consistency and comfort.

It's such a minor point and it was not a problem, but there was a small leak in the roof that happened just before we left when it had rained heavily. The owners were very happy we told them - they weould not be able to know otherwise! - and they were going to see to it straight away. Otherwise there is nothing we didn't like.

The personal touch of the suggestions for sightseeing and eating and what to do when the power went out were very helpful. They also went out of their way to ensure we were happy and to check if we needed anything else. They also went above and beyond and helped us get our car cleaned.
