Blinds in our room was broken and the walk to the beach quite long but other than that perfect.

The location is fantastic, the breakfast great and the rooms clean although some blinds broken. My friend fell when we went for a walk at the trampoline area. The green bags of sand on the corner gave way and she fell, spraining her ancle. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely use Trennerys again.

The switch for the fan in our room made an extremely loud buzzing noise making it difficult to sleep, but we needed it on due to the mosquitos at this time of the year. Some of the facilities were old and require maintenance such as the children's games room, tennis court and benches on the property.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We did one of the trails to the waterfall and cliff jumps which was brilliant. The rooms were clean and the food was great! The family friendly atmosphere was really enjoyable.

They just need to fix their bathroom doors...due to a minor glitch we had to check into 2 different rooms during our stay and both doors would not close properly.

The entire establishment. The facilities available - private access to the beach, tennis court, trampoline and swings. It feels very RESORT-like being there. The staff is so warm at reception especially Patricia. The was a kitchen staff member who attended to us when we had lunch there at the bar...I feel bad that I didn't get her name. She was so warm and just readily available. All in all A Serene and Tranquil stay we had.

Restaurant Times: * Breakfast - possibly, ending at 9.30 sharp is a bit too early, especially for people who prefer to sleep a bit more during Christmas Vacations * Buffet Dinner: instead of starting at 7:30 pm and even later, it could start earlier, thus avoiding the massive crown at buffet when doors open, and also finding plates empty after 10 minutes in the cueue

I feel the hotel is under marketed, the information on the website is not fully helpful and up to date ie. We had to ask quite alone of info at the reception for example about having to pay the nanny with cash, and gratitude event for the staff or otherwise allow us to tip the staff via cards (wirelessly) The location is very secluded and therefore the hotel ought to let the guests know that. Bar fridges and microwave should be mandi tory if your only booked for breakfast.

The food was amazing, the service was great, the beach is close and clean, there's ample activities for our families, amazing hike.

We were unaware that one couldn't bring your own snacks and alcholic drinks but fully understand that it is not allowed.

We enjoyed the simplicity of the resort. The kids were very happy and enjoyed having so many other children around to play with. Truly relaxing for parents for sure! The food was very good - we rate the seafood evening a10/10. It was nice not to do the dishes or make our own beds! The hike to the The Gates with Trevor and his staff is an absolute MUST. A holiday at Trennerys without the hike won't be complete. The men took the kids for a round of golf at Kei Mouth Country Club, a short drive away. The rooms were very basic, but serviced and refreshed daily. The beds were comfortable, but don't expect a luxury.

The place seems to be crumbling and decaying without any visible attempt to update the accommodation. The establishment seems to be running on their reputation of 50 years ago. the rooms should be demolished, one at a time and replaced with another well-designed room with modern facilities like wi-fi and modern plumbing etc. Unruly and boisterous children in the adults only facilities.
