Great location, close to the beach, and my kids loved it. We booked another room but on arrival, we were given a better room with a sea view at no extra cost. We really appreciated this for the host and we had a good time.

We were aware that the property is currently for sale and it is evident that the current owner is not putting huge efforts into keeping the property maintained. We had a leak in the bathroom ceiling due to the rain. From speaking with the other guests and campers that have been to the resort previously, the comments were also that the resort has gone down a bit. If they can get a buyer then we hope they will invest in the place to bring it back up to standard.

The Resort in itself is nice and you have everything that you require. It is very close to the beach.

Lamps and light fittings need bulbs and the electric appliances in the kitchen trip the house so can't be used. Everything needs a real spit and polish and some renovations. There's a lot of potential, but it seems to have been left to degrade.

It was pleasant enough, but it's extremely run down. Treat it as though you need to bring absolutely everything you might need for a self-catering holiday, and if there are some things that work there, then that's a bonus. The staff were pleasant, but they themselves are very aware that everything needs to be upgraded or replaced.

The house we booked the geyser wasn't working (we was not told it wasn't working) so having to bath was a problem. The area is not well lit more on the dark side. What lights was on, it was very dime.

The Chalet was not cleaned properly. For a 9 sleeper we were given 1 toilet paper. There is only 1 very flat pillow per bed so take your own if you can. No bath towels included so please pack towels for your trip. There was also only 3 chairs for sitting outside considering its a 9 sleeper. Dining room has a table and chairs for 4. You have to also clean the unit before you leave to get back the deposit.

The Chalet is spacious and has a lovely Seaview. The grounds, pool and play area is nice.

Got a call to chase me out at 10:10am to clean the property, which was ironic, because it wasn't clean at all. No towels or soaps provided - most accommodations provide both, especially at that price. Shower was barely lukewarm. Wifi connection very iffy, but mobile signal was strong.

It's very "rustic" - if you like that. You sleep with the sound of the ocean. The design reminds me of the Flintstones (the Castle Corner chalet).

The location is good. Children enjoyed themselves on the trampoline, swimming pool etc. Braai area is good. Mr helped us with water problems.

Improve bed linen and kitchen cupboard , both look too old to be used for travellers. Have braai stands that are sheltered from rain.

Firstly, the customer service was not good I emailed them as soon as I booked to inform them I'm bringing my dogs, as they advertise as pet friendly. There was no reply. On the day that I need to book in I called them, they had an issue with me taking my pitbull. It was disappointing because they did not even answer my email and when I arrived I saw that the people there left their dogs to roam freely. My poor doggies and my son was left home for those people to have their freedom. Of which I must say we've been on holiday with both our doggies and there has been no problem. Secondly the buildings are shabby and need urgent maintenance, gutters are broken,drain was blocked, toilets were faulty and looked so dirty. The bedding was dirty and two of the kids in the family were bitten by bed bugs.Freezer was faulty. There were no dishcloths or a glove mitten, nor a wiping cloth. It was certainly not worth the money they charged. There was no TV, of which the lady said she could lend us but we must have a 2 pin plug. We were using ours so the guy never came back on enquiring i was told to come fetch it if i liked but I must use my own plug. Why even open if you don't have all the necessities. Certainly won't be going back there.

The area was gated and had restricted access, the pool was clean and close to my home so that I could keep up with my kids.The house was spacious.

The cabin smelled like something had died there, it was dusty and dirty, the stove and microwave is dirty and full of rust . First night we slept in a car because of bad smell. Mattresses are smelky, dirty and worn out. Furniture in front is dirty and smelly. Pool is dirty and not maintained. Kids play area was nice back then, the trampoline looks like it can crumble from a first jump. I am never going back there again. If a person wanrs to camp or park a caravan then venue is perfect foe that and is dog friendly.

I like the friendliness of the staff.
