Lying is a bad habit.. everything was perfect and very neat

Everything met my expectation..the unit 50 itself..the staff.securities.porters...the lady who was cleaning unit50 she was so lovely..infact everyone was helpful with smile always...the playing area for kids.the swimming pool was so neat.the garden itself was👌 everything was 💯

Everything met my expectation, Residential Sectional Scheme reminded me one in Umhlanga Lagoon Drive.

Nothing we were happy from check-in till check-out.

The peace for myself&safety for my kids I didn't need to constantly worry about their safety as there was security officers patrolling alot. Play area there was alot to keep the kids busy,as well as the size of our rooms. The service we received when we checked in from reception to being escorted to our unit and during our stay was out of this world.

There were 2 ladies at reception at checkout The black lady was friendly but unfortunately I felt the white lady was v.rude and unfriendly and probably racist. We were abit late about 45 mins for checkout. It takes time to take all the stuff down the many stairs , check we didn't forget anything etc and the white lady made a fuss and insisted we pay R100. The black lady smiled and told me url love us souvh didn't want to leave. I was not aware of the fine, she pointed to a small writing rule,it should be pointed to guests at the beginning of the stay. I've been to many resorts,hotels etc but this is the first time I've paid a fine for merely checking out little late.

Exceptionally clean, spacious, quality and quantity of basic utensils. House keeping staff v.friendly and efficient. Joyce was her name.

I liked the size of the units. They were spacious and comfortable. Rooms had air-conditioning, plus it was fully furnished. Nice for both short and long stays with Braai facilities included

The shower heads need to be changed. It would have been nice if there was a washing machine.

The place was nice and clean and the cleaning staff was friendly and trustworthy. the location is ideal because the beach is a short walk or drive from the resort, there's a Spar 200m from the resort where we bought everything we needed. restaurants are a short drive away. There is a shop next to Spar that sells RO water for R6 per 5L.

The whole apartment was clean, spacious and accommodative. The whole apartment was just warm and comfortable. The stuff is friendly and attentive and do their job thoroughly.

Early morning noise levels....mainly amongst the staff members.... they could be alot more considerate.

Everything, the units were recently upgraded. The facility is being well maintained. Everyone is helpful and kind. I was very impressed. Exceptional service

I like the resort, close to shops, walking distance to the beach and all friendly staff and reception.

Not much to do for the adults, you would have to drive to the beach, not a far drive though. Also I was disappointed that upon checkout I had to pay for a household item that was not in the kitchen when we checked in, mind you it was ridiculously priced too... my fault for not going through the checklist upon arrival at the unit... bearing in mind we were exhausted after the drive to Uvongo and that wasn't a priority and we had booked 2 units 🙄 ..

Staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂 Safety was a good point at the resort ie access control.
