Riad Dar El Malaika is located in El Jadida’s la Médina district. This striking Moroccan villa features traditional design and is set around a courtyard with a pond and garden.

The villa at Riad Dar El Malaika maintains original elaborate features, such as intricately carved pillars, high painted ceilings, archways and stained-glass windows. The luxurious lounge area has a beautiful blue ceiling, a sofa, a fireplace and satellite TV. There is also a kitchen and free Wi-Fi is included.

This riad is a hidden, unexpected gem in El Jadida. Such a beautiful, relaxing setting with a lovely garden and birds singing. The decor is classic vintage Moroccan to the finest detail. And the breakfasts were exceptional. Surpassed our expectations and we’ll definitely go back.

The traditional restaurant at Riad Soleil d’Orient serves Moroccan specialities and European dishes. You can enjoy breakfast or dinner in the dining room, the lounge with fireplace, on the patio or terrace.

Going to Morocco, you must stay in a Riad. Some Riads are Riads only in name. Not this one. You will have a wonderful comfort, a cleaning level out of this world, and personalised service by ultra-friendly people. My stay was wonderful, and there was nothing that could be improved. Besides all the people at the Riad being helpful, all the people at El Jadida were also very nice. On some guides, you might read that on El Jadida one does not eat well. That is rubbish! One eats very well at El Jadida, but somehow the food at the Riad managed to be still better. Yes, all the food there was amazing, and always served with a smile. Writing this one week after my stay, and still with the flavours on my mouth...

Located in El Jadida, a few steps from the Portuguese Fortified City of Mazagan, sea and souks, The Villa offers modern accommodation in a friendly atmosphere.

The restaurant and chef will prepare Mediterranean dishes and traditional Moroccan cuisine.

The accommodation is exactly as I thought. Great location, exceptionally clean, the staff professional, helpful and kind, the room tastefully furnished and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and nutritious.

Set within 1 km of Plage El Jadida and 17 km of Mazagan Beach Golf Course, Art Riad Au Bord De La Mer offers rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in El Jadida. There is a private entrance at the riad for the convenience of those who stay. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge.

The place is inside the portugueses city, the original heart of the city. We met Chihab and he came with us to his House. He is very charm and nice host. The house is new, very clean and nice decorated. Very confortable bed. I've readed some coments about the location and the security... it is perfectly safe and easy to find. Is close to Chihab brother's restaurant, Mourad, called The Art Coffee. Is the best place to chill.

We enjoyed the proximity to the local market and beach, as well as being right in the historic part of the city. Good breakfast with local traditional dishes.

It is a beautiful Riad in the wonderful city of El Jadida. What a welcome change from the madness of Marrakesh. The staff were exemplary. The room was very romantic. The breakfast was the best one we had in Morocco. This place made me want to return .

My son discovered the hotel. Location room size and service was exceptional. Booked triple room and size of room was excellent. I would again book and stay at the hotel. Plenty of restaurants close by. family run laundry near by. Old town is approx. 5 minutes taxi ride AVENUE ZERKTOUNI off AVENUE MOULAY ABDELHAFID. Traditional Moroccan thobe in old market and Gold jewelries. Fresh sugar cane 6dh and pomegranate juice 10dh. Historic Fort didn't get chance to explore.

An absolutely stunning Riad, no wonder Vogue and interior magazines make reportages and photos here. A beautiful inner courtyard with many trees, plants and a pond filled with water lilies and a fountain. It's very calm and peaceful. Nice freshly made breakfast is served in the courtyard next to the pond. The rooms are just amazing. The location is perfect near the old Portuguese City and the souq. Highly recommended!

I loved this calm and tasteful riad. The courtyard and terrace are lovely places in which to relax. The “petit” dejeuner is great—the best I have had in Morocco—definitely no need for lunch 😊. They will cook dinner for you as well if you like. The riad is well located, within walking distance of the sea. Staff are very kind and pleasant. I am sure there are cheaper places in El Jadida but this is worth paying a bit extra for.

I just wanted to write to say how much we enjoyed staying in your Riad. It was just so beautiful and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful, one of the best we experienced on our travels and it was a lovely eating it while listening to the birds and water in the courtyard. Please also pass on my thanks to your team who looked after us during our stay.

The receptionist lit a fire for us every day in the large, high-ceiling breakfast room. The large traditional patio/atrium with mature plants and trees was lovely. The owner greeted us at breakfast and chatted with my wife about the plants and the history of the building.

Riad Dar El Malaika is literally a hidden gem. The historical building has original features, which are incredibly ornate and beautiful. The garden is very lush and provides tranquillity. Rooms are exquisitely decorated, and comfortable. Breakfast was well prepared with a variety of items, served in their garden. Abdel, front desk manager, was very welcoming and helpful!
