Very nice and clean property. Best of all was the service from Mohammed. He could not do enough for us. He even guided us around the city center. We will be get back to this beautiful place.

This guest house is set within the old city walls of Tiznit and features a garden with a courtyard terrace and an outdoor pool. Guests are free to enjoy the city views from the rooftop sun terrace or relax on the sunbeds by the poolside.

Each air-conditioned guest room at Riad Janoub features a traditional Moroccan décor and a seating area. They all include a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with a shower and toiletries.

the large pool oriented southwest is the best part, the garden is also done with a lot of taste, the rooms have a more hotel feeling than home, but are spacious, the terrace on the first floor is also great for the morning sun

Riad Le Lieu is set in the Medina of Tiznit and offers a terrace, a patio and free Wi-Fi internet access. Massage treatments are available on site and guests are invited to relax in the lounge area.

Riad Le Lieu is 14 km from Aglou Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The property is 90 km from Agadir and a 55-minute drive from Bouizkarne.

The location was excellent-in the Medina and a short walk to the Ville Nouvelle. The staff were very friendly-I want to mention Mustafa in particular. This man is friendly and welcoming and gave me a lot of assistance in seeking a good silver shop in Tiznit.Aïcha and Mbarke were also friendly and helpful.Food was excellent and I had breakfast and dinner there on both days.Instead of one room Mustafa gave me an entire apartment at no extra charge. It was clean and comfortable and sleep quality was perfect...Riad Le Lieu is top class...Worth returning to.

The host were GREAT. Probably the best in the world. We traveled with the family and my mother in law was not feeling well after a long trip and the host helped her with all she need it to recover. The house is GREAT for families looking for a real Morroc adventure in a very traditional Media.

the moment when I opened the door of Riad Asrir, I felt like getting into a different world, a wonderland, which created the contrast with the unassuming outside view. the hosts of the Riad took great care of me with good food, good room and good company. Tiznit might not be the most touristy city, but Riad Asrir definitely exceeded my expectation and I’ll highly recommend anyone who travels in anti-atlas region to make a stop here.

-Good budget hotel - very reasonable price and well located, good price-quality ratio -the rooms, hallways and bathrooms are renovated and there's no humidity, very good for this price -the room decor is dark but very thematic -the breakfast can be bought extra in the restaurant at the corner for 25Dh - it's very basic and small but traditional and tastes good, served until 12am without problems -24-hour reception

Traditional riad with a restaurant downstairs, run by a friendly Moroccan couple. I had a room upstairs off the terrace, with the shared bathroom to myself, being the only guest. The hostess does the cooking, and my tagine was delicious. A peaceful stay just inside the Mellah conveniently located for exploring.
