Fabulous room overlooking the main square, and at Christmas the square was fantastically decorated for the festivities. Loved the colourful, musical fountains! Facilities were perfect.
Excellent boutique hotel close to the canal in the centre of Narbonne. Th owner, Peta, was very helpful and welcoming and gave us lots of useful tips. The hotel is small (20 rooms) with a nice courtyard area and its own highly rated restaurant. Our room was pleasant and quiet, but a bit Spartan in decor for our tastes.
Reception opened later than the 21:00 closure warning in booking confirmation Pizza provided late at night (22:30) by Kyriad hotel opposite (Not 24/7 as advertised though...) Noise insulation correct in room.
The location is great, many restaurants and cafes, bakeries all around. We went to the harbor in the morning to have a trip to the islands. Also metro and bus stations are around the corner. It was very clean, the interior is lovely as in the pictures. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We chose the room with the view to the courtyard with a beautiful garden and it was very calm.
Quiet ambience, outside courtyard murals plants
Lovely place, peaceful and nice facilities. Good pool and nice courtyards. Great welcome, good information in advance and very unobtrusive service. Air conditioning very welcome as was the welcome bottle of wine! So many nice places to go in the area - drive out a little further to beautiful coastal towns. Would very happily recommend
Location was great, lovely quiet courtyard.
The hotel facilities & the room was very clean. We had cleaners attend our room daily to change the linen & towels. The location of the hotel is perfect if you are visiting Theatre de la Mer. There is a cute outdoor courtyard which is nice to sit in.
Small quaint town but near the main routes. Delicious breakfast in courtyard setting. Traditional stone house with large rooms and circular staircase. Good hot shower. Canopy drape above large wooden bedstead.
Lovely courtyard with plants, trees, fountain, balcony and owners cat. My son loved playing with the cat. Great host was very polite and easy contactable via WhatsApp. Massive bathroom. Within 2 mins of the cathedral (great view!) And loads of restaurants. Regarding the lack of A/C, we visited during very hot season, but because of the old thick walls of the building you don't need an A/C and fan is cooling enough!(don't worry)
