Everything!! Very Very clean! Something we really appreciate! Especially when sharing a bathroom! The facilities are well maintained. There's garden courtyard to chill in and the breakfast is really appreciated. Unlimited toast with strawberry jam or marmalade from 7am to 10am. And free coffee all day long! Free washing machines for weary travelers to have some clean clothes! We would definitely be back! Oh and also close to some nice restaurants and a 7 Eleven less than 50m away! Love this place!!!!!!

Courtyard is nicely layout, plants are well maintained. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Like the location with market and local f&b nearby, but will only come back when I need a king bedroom.

The interior decoration and furnishings of the house are quite traditional and beautiful. The outdoor courtyard is quite comfortable, like being in a resort.

This is a great value budget guest house in Banglamphu. Set in a quiet garden courtyard, it's close to Khao Sanh Road and within walking distance of the Phra Artit pier. Rooms are very clean and well maintained, with international power sockets, excellent wifi, comfortable beds and hot showers. Staff are friendly and helpful and there's a great restaurant on site. Peaceful, 'non party', family friendly atmosphere.
