Breakfast was always amazing and I loved the printed note for the morning about the weather and daily inspiration. The house is beautifully decorated and has a lot of character! I felt very relaxed and at home and Sabine is so kind and friendly and happy to help with questions. I would definitely stay here again - highly recommended!

The hotel is amazing: clean, calm, cozy, comfortable and the breakfast was amazing with a little decoration for easter. I can say that they care for the details more than any hotel i have seen before. The staff are very friendly, professional and responded to all our questions. They recommended to us what to do and have us a map with all the explanations. This indeed made our stay easier and gave us time to enjoy the sceneries around. Everything is nearby, you can go to Königssee, hintersee, thumsee, and jehner bann.

Our host was one of the best parts. So welcoming and nice, he welcomed me to his home and gave me a handshake when I arrived. He invited me to take what I wanted from the fridge and make the most amazing breakfast in the morning, in full lederhosen attire. He helped with with the wifi and the windows too. Good parking, incredible views. Private balcony. The bathroom was awesome too! Amazing experience.

Location was exceptional! The snowy hill was a beautiful sight from the balcony. The sound of the ice-melted river was truly mesmerizing. The property was just 2 km away from Königssee and the Jennerbahn ropeway station. Only 10 minutes away from Berchtesgaden Hbf, with fitting connectivity to Salzburg via the 840 direct bus route.

The apartment was not especially spacious, but was nicely decorated and well maintained; the kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped.

Lovely residential location close to local shops and a 40 min walk to Bertchesgarten in one direction and Koningsee in the other along a beautiful river. Used the buses too.
