They also have good complementary coffee anytime you want.

Didn't book a room with lake view, yet I was offerred one and it made our stay even better! Motorised blinds at the window, with a nice black-out effect for a relaxing sleep. The beds were also really comfy. Good temp in the room (we stayed in Jan), it was nice and warm. This will definitely be the first on the list next time we visit Annecy!

On market days you literally walk out of the door and you are part of it. There are some stairs but it was easy and maybe in the summer you would get some noise from the surroundings (you are in the heart of Annecy) but for us it was very quiet and relaxing. We stayed in two different apartments. One was smaller and the 2nd was very big with a balcony over the street. Both were lovely.

Big closet with ironing board and iron and safe. Our room had a long balcony with a table and 2 chairs overlooking the mountain. Breakfast was adequate. Car parking is handy underground with an elevator to the hotel. We mentioned our anniversary and a complimentary bottle of wine was waiting in the room, nice touch!GladisFamily with young children
