Absolutely beautiful hotel room with an incredible view, the staff and customer service were all lovely and we were treated very nicely! We only stayed for a night and I wish we had booked for longer! We will definitely be staying again. Also being able to use the spa facilities was a great pull to this hotel, we found it so relaxing! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Took my mother for her 50th birthday to relax and enjoy. The sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and pool were all a delight to use. The photos don't do the place justice; it's much larger and prettier in person. Every member of staff was lovely and welcoming, from the reception to the breakfast staff. They were even kind enough to leave a birthday card and drinks in the room (which we unfortunately forgot to take out of the fridge). The room was larger than expected, too. Breakfast tasted amazing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I had previously stayed and found it superior to most hotels I’ve stayed in and quite reasonably priced. But it’s the staff that make every visit so pleasant. I spoke to a lovely lady on reception Polly, who immediately remembered I had been before and said she noticed I had booked for May also, my Grandsons birthday. When we arrived she had upgraded us to a family room. It’s these personal touches that will keep me coming back.

Stayed for a birthday celebration, property was lovely, very comfortable with a lovely relaxing environment. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, nothing was too much. The rooms were spotlessly clean and lovely. The food was of a high standard and beautifully cooked. We enjoyed the spa and its facilities. We could not find fault in our stay, it was a 10/10 - thank you.

Super friendly staff, nice relaxing spa experience. I’d let them know it was my boyfriend’s bday and they said happy birthday on arrival, left a card and balloon in the room. Made him feel Special.

The staff where really helpful and proffesional. Unfortunately l trapped my finger in my car boot on arrival. The staff where really concerned and in no time they gave me a load of ice to help the bruising on my finger. It did the trick, it hardly bruised. My room was of a very high standard. The bath room was lovely, l decided to have a good soak in the lovely bath to relax. I will certainly head back when l am next in the area.
